The place is clean with simple decor on the walls, tables were large and able to accommodate two strollers. We sat down right away, ordered and had food brought to us within 10 minutes or so. The combo #2 was delicious with the Louisiana sauce that had a dominate flavor of garlic while still maintaining Cajun flavor. The crab cracked very nicely, shrimp (no head), the sausage slices were thicker than expected, and the corn very sweet. Garlic noodles were also tasty very simple yet a creamy taste to it. My negatives are: 1. Our first order of garlic noodles had hair in it and simply ruined the overall taste. It was replaced promptly, but not one person came out to apologize for it. We still paid for it though on our ticket. 2. We had to ask twice for crab crackers to break them down. 3. Our waitress never checked on us after bringing out food, drinks, and check. read more

OMG--worst service ever. We ordered a bag of 1 lb shrimp, 1 lb. mussels, 2 corn, 2 potatoes, and 4 sausages. We asked to remove the potatoes because we didn't like them and the server asked if we would like to replace it with additional corn or sausage, we said sausage. Then the server said they can only offered an extra corn, which we agreed to. When our order arrived, it was completely wrong, we got 2 potatoes, 4 corn, and no sausage. We told the server, and he insisted it was because we "requested extra corn," which we never did. We only asked to remove the potatoes and didn't even asked for anything. Then he said we could add sausage for an extra charge, which made no sense since it was supposed to come with it. To make things worse, I asked for hot water from the start and was given ice water instead. I was told they forgot and would bring it, but by the time it arrived we were already done eating. When we brought all of this up at the front, the response was very dismissive, basically "we're busy." That is not an excuse for missing items and poor service. I also work in a busy environment, and that's not how customers should be treated. Overall, very disappointing experience. Out of all the seafood boil spots in town, this one really stands out as the place that gets the cajun flavor down. I was part of the group that went, and we were surprised there was no wait. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and has plenty of room for larger parties. The menu is extensive--everything you'd expect from a seafood boil place--but they also offer sandwiches, chicken wings, and even Korean short ribs. There's also restrooms located on both ends of the establishment! We ordered Combo #2 with snow crab and shrimp in the atomic mild seasoning. Don't let the word "mild" fool you--it definitely has some heat, but as a Texan growing up around Cajuns, this was definitely what i'm used to for "mild". If you're sensitive to spice, you might want to go with no heat at all. The seafood was cooked perfectly, and they provide all the tools you need to crack the shells without a struggle. Establishment is clean, customer service is great, but I went to catch the lunch specials that end at 3pm. Ordered the fish, shrimp, and the chicken with beef. The coleslaw is nothing special, I wish it would have a sweater taste to it or somehow they found a way to kill the bitterness the cabbage carries. The veggies are cooked to perfection. The shirmp, fish and chicken are well seasoned, but the beef hadan overcooked teriyaki taste that wasn't so pleasant. The rice is cooked well. The soda taste good, as other establishments don't carry good tasting soda, and the cups are pretty big. They carry so plenty of options to choose from. The corn wasn't soggy and it was sweet. I didn't take pics of the restroom but it can use some work. As I said customer service was great, and even the what I'm assuming is owner or boss/manager, maybe even cook came out to delivery some of our food. I will try this spot again, but for the real stuff which we seen plenty people getting their hands dirty to (in a good way). The french fries are excellent!!! I asked for lightly salted and that is exactly what I got. They serve them with ranch and ketchup. The ranch was really good and ketchup was ketchup. We also ordered some sausages and potatoes both were delicious. P.s. you will walk put full or maybe that was just me because I even got the hiccups lol. Bag O Crab is a gem! Similar in concept to the famous Boiling Crab, you can order a variety of shellfish, crawfish, and other seafood. I came here with a party of 3, and we ordered a Combo 1, cajun fries, garlic noodles, 6 pc cajun wings, and 6 pc lemon pepper wings. I didn't care too much for the wings, but I thought they were tasty. For the combo bag, the atomic seasoning is perfect if you're not sure what to choose. The inside of the restaurant is modern, clean, and has big TVs all around for customer entertainment. My only suggestion to the owner would be to provide small buckets for customers to place bones, empty shells, and other scrap instead of just randomly on the table. What a fun place. Very casual & coastal looking. The paper on the table, the bibs and gloves all make a very messy dining experience more fun. They are very family friendly. They don't take reservations, but if you want to go in with a large party they recommend giving them a heads up so they can accommodate you. Debanhi is our server today. She was very prompt and friendly. It is our first visit and she has been so helpful in explaining things to us. We ordered their crab & shrimp combo which includes 1lb of Snow Crab legs, 3/4 lb no head shrimp, 2 corn on the cob, 2 potatoes & 4 sausage slices for 52.95. Needless to say we even went home with a generous amount of food as a leftover meal. What's great is that you can order your level of spiciness from none to on fire xx. My dinner companion can't do spicy so we've ordered it with garlic butter. The amount of garlic was insane! I love garlic so it was a win for me. One thing I missed was a tool for pickling the crab out of the shell. Snow crab legs are much thinner than King crab so more difficult to extract the meat. It's a well lit, noisy place. The interior is clean, spacious, and has a cute seaside theme. Everything arrived within 5-10 minutes of ordering, and it was all piping hot and fresh. The lemon pepper fried chicken wings were NEXT LEVEL -- best that I've ever had, no need for ranch! So crisp and juicy I tried both the seafood and garlic noodles, and my personal favorite was the garlic ones. It was on the softer side but somewhat still al dente. For only about $8, this was such a steal! I tried the Atomic (it was like a mix of lemon pepper and cajun) and Louisiana flavors for the combo and liked both. I visited Bag O Crab on July 5, 2026, between 3:00 and 4:30 p.m. with my friend and my daughter, and I was very disappointed with the experience. My daughter doesn't eat seafood, so I brought her a Happy Meal. We were allowed to walk into the restaurant and be seated with the Happy Meal clearly visible. It wasn't until we were ready to order that an employee told us outside food wasn't allowed. If that's the policy, it should have been explained before we were seated instead of waiting until we were about to order. I stepped outside so my daughter could finish eating while my friend stayed inside to place our order. Instead of helping her, the waitress walked away. About 10 minutes went by while my friend was left waiting at the table. During that time, several other customers came in, were greeted, and had their orders taken before anyone came back to help her. She finally had to get up and ask someone for assistance because no one seemed interested in helping us. When our food was ready, it was delivered by a robot, which was interesting, but after that the customer service was almost nonexistent. Our waitress was rude and never came back to check on us, ask if we needed refills, or make sure everything was okay until we were basically finished eating. The biggest issue was the flies. There were so many flying around our table that it made it very difficult and uncomfortable to eat. I called the waitress over and explained the problem. Instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution, she responded with an attitude and said it was because the door kept opening and there was nothing she could do about it. To make matters worse, several employees were standing together talking instead of checking on customers. It created an unprofessional atmosphere and made us feel like our concerns didn't matter. Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Between the poor customer service, the long wait just to place our order, the rude attitude, the flies around our food, and the lack of attention from the staff, I left very disappointed. I won't be returning, and I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

I ordered to go through DoorDash as a pickup on my way home from work. I ordered the lobster roll and Cajun fries. When I walked in the place was very clean and simple but had some cool decor. There were quite a few guests and everyone looked happy. The service was good, it took a little longer than estimated but that was no problem for me, I didn't mind the wait. I got home and opened the box and the fries were regular after I had paid extra for the Cajun fries and I was a little disappointed that the lobster looked as though it had been tossed in some kind of mayo based sauce. I was looking more for an original lobster roll but that's just a personal preference. The bread was cooked nicely but the lobster was definitely overcooked, a little tough to eat and lacked flavor. Even though I was disappointed with my meal, I will give them another try, sometime soon. I was looking forward the Cajun flavor so maybe I'll try the shrimp boil next. Out of all the seafood boil places in town I really think this is the best one! I was surprised there was no wait. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a large party. They have an extensive menu with all the seafood boil favorites but they also serve sandwiches, chicken wings, and Korean short ribs! We ordered combo 2 the snow crab with shrimp with the atomic mild seasoning. Don't be fooled. The mild has quite the kick to it! If you're sensitive to spice I'd consider going no heat. All the seafood was cooked perfectly. They give you all the necessary equipment to crack shells easily. We also had the calamari basket and upgraded to garlic fries. This was so delicious especially if you dipped the calamari in the atomic sauce. It's one of my favorite ways to eat seafood boil. The waitstaff is very friendly, but we found ourselves having to ask for items multiple times. When you're in good company it's not a huge deal but we were a little frustrated with how difficult it was to get extra condiments refills on drinks etc. All in all I'll be coming back to this establishment for the great food. The lobster tails were undercooked, while the shrimp was overcooked and tough. The crab legs seemed to be freezer burned as the shells shattered when we tried to crack them, which made them difficult to eat. The potatoes and corn were soft and cooked well though. My dad also ordered the fish and onion rings. He has had it before and really enjoyed it, but this time the fish and onion rings were overly greasy, which took away from the flavor and overall quality. However, the tartar sauce was really good! I came in about 12:20pm, wasn't too busy in my opinion, half the restaurant had filled tables. I came to eat alone, was seated in the back corner at a table of 4. I understand that sometimes we lose track of things. However, 15 minutes passed, still no drink, no order taking. A couple came in at that point, sat down, reviewed the menu. The waitress came and took their order. At this point, another patron looked over at me and can see the visible frustration one can get when hungry. They went and informed the hostess that I have been waiting awhile and no one came. I could've done that as well but for what? I was already irritated and don't act rationally when irritated. I then picked up my belongings, returned the menu and informed her that it's been over 20 minutes since she sat me down. She apologized but I was already set on leaving.
