This lasted a few minutes until she went behind a door to continue her conversation for pretty much my entire time in store (over 40 minutes, and yes I could hear her laughing on the phone while I was walking out). There was only 2 other people in the store working, and maybe 3 other customers. The staff that were actually working were very helpful, and helped my wife find the shoe she was looking for. I wasen't going to write a review, but we came in on a separate visit trying to get a duffle, the Same Manager was actually on the sales floor (surprise) and we had asked her if she could bring us one down one so we could look at it. She was right next to them, and instead called a younger employee to grab it down with some big stick that was by the front door. Why were we made to wait??? Why couldn't you do it??? I've seen stores that were going out of business with more attentive management. I advise going to the other big 5's as this one has poor customer service starting from the top!

I live two minutes away and this the closest DSG store to me…read more I have to agree with the previous Yelpers and their reviews that customer service here is not the greatest. I've been coming here since this location opened years & years ago and this past year or so... service has changed. The staff isn't as friendly, they seem annoyed when you ask for help and when you do need assistance, *most* of them are no where to be seen. The selection also has gone downhill since they're always out of stock in certain sizes and I wait a couple weeks and still, no new inventory. The value is quite pricey for most things. I don't but certain brands from here since I know I can get the same thing at the outlets. I use to shop here more often but not as much now... it's just so different. Plenty of parking in the lot though so no issues there.

We requested an exchange, not a full refund without reason. Manager Barbara refused the return and was very rigid about the policy, despite the item being purchased less than 24 hours earlier. The interaction felt dismissive and not customer-friendly at all. Very disappointing experience compared to the level of service I expect from DICK'S Sporting Goods.

Since REI is located in an industrial street, there are many parking spots available for this building and the main building. My husband and I took our snowboards to get waxed. This time around, we opted to pay for the hot wax as opposed to their free machine wax. The hot wax is usually $36 each but they were having a promo that it's half off until March. We went on a Saturday mid-afternoon and it took only about 20 minutes. I also wanted to buy some new boots and I put my name down on the sign up sheet on the clipboard. I was the next one in line and thought the wait wouldn't be too long but I still ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seen. It seemed there was only one guy dedicated to the boot fitting area. After a while, I ended up approaching another worker and thankfully he said he was able to help me out. *Tip if you're going for boot fitting: put your name down on the list but also just ask anyone with a green vest to see if they can help you out so you don't end up unnecessarily waiting a while. I'd like to give Mike a huge shoutout for helping me find the right boots! He was so personable and he took the time to explain what I should feel. He suggested I put insoles in my boots because I have flatter feet and it made a whole difference, so I really appreciate that. Overall, we had a great experience and received wonderful customer experience between getting our boards waxed, fitting for my new boots, and checking out.

He's spent time on deep sea boats, lots of lake spinner fishing and now has an interest in fly fishing. I have very little to no knowledge of fly fishing. We went to the Fly Stop and were amazing! The staff greeted us and immediately were eager to share their knowledge and learn our interests. After explaining our planned trip, the researched (and showed us how) what flies were the most successful for the areas we were fishing. After researching they took us to their expansive collection of flies and equipment to help us select the right gear to hopefully have a solid trip. The price of the flies were absolutely incredible... most were between $1-$2! We had a great time learning and looking through their inventory. We will definitely be back!

There's a great range of both high-end (Hermes, Chanel, Tiffany, Carolina Herrera, etc) and affordable (Uniqlo, H&M) shopping along with both expensive and fast-casual dining. I love going to Marugame Udon for lunch and grabbing a quick bite, or Haidilao for hot pot if I want something a little nicer. There's also a VERY popular Din Tai Fung here. In addition, there's a food court with some fast food options, a Shake Shack, etc. It's a beautifully maintained and designed outdoor mall with plenty of space to sit and lots of kiosks where you can get coffee or small treats. I asked friends if they knew of anyone who does this and came up with nothing. I suddenly remembered this store and was wondering if it is still around. Sure enough, it is and looked on the website if they do relacing and they do! I was wondering if they relace vintage baseball gloves and took the shot and drove up there. Sure enough, they were able to take my gloves and relace them. The gentleman mentioned it would be ready by the next day. Dropped them off and about 2 hours later, I got a message that they're ready! That was so fast and a very reasonable price to get them relaced. I am so thankful for this store, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They love the sport and it shows. I thought this store was going to close about 20 years ago when I stepped in for the first time because baseball was dying. I got my first Rawlings glove here and still have it to this day.
