First time here, this is a busy place!

First time here, surprisingly I've passed this place many times on Sam Furr but didn't know this place was here. We only had one sandwich but we must come back to try out the menu.

One of my favorite places to grab a bagel from ! Their everything bagel toasted, with bacon, egg, cheese and vanilla cream cheese is so good, it's my go to. The staff are SUPER friendly and orders are always made quickly. Prices are also fair and they also have great lunch/deli options I highly recommend their Sicilian sandwich.

Sooooo good! My husband stopped by when they were SUPER busy and felt a bit overwhelmed since they move fast. We went again for lunch the other day and it was much slower so I could take my time to look at the menu. We paid $12 or so for a bagel sandwich but I will say they were HUGE and came with a pickle. Sun dried tomato cream cheese was delicious. My favorite bagel to date is the lox!

This place has the best bagels and great sandwiches. It seems to be family owned and a locals favorite

Delicious bagel. Disgusting egg. Cannot understand how these southern bagel shops charge so much for an egg and cheese sandwich and just serve the most disgusting old microwave egg. Just cook the egg yourself. How can any of these places be considered a bagel place if you're not willing to cook a an egg yourself

I really like this bagel shop! Their bagels are freshly made, taste great, and come with delicious cream cheese options. They have a special where you can get a bagel with cream cheese and a small coffee for like $5, it's a great value! The coffee can be hit or miss depending on the day, but I don't really mind. They do offer a large selection of other food items for lunch, but I just go for the bagels. The staff are good for the most part, they do get really busy on the weekends so they have to work a bit faster and sometimes make small mistakes. There is some seating, but not a whole lot, many people just take their food to go. I think the fact that this place is jam packed on weekends even though a Panera is just around the corner says a lot about how great Bagel Bin's bagels are!

Best bagels in town. Closes at 2:00pm seems early to me but it's worth it to get there early.

Bagels are decent, not quite east coast but decent. Service is average. Some days they look at you. ‍

Find another case with a variety of steaks ready to be cut - ribeye and NY strip were just a few examples. The cases have oils and spices to enhance your cooking. At lunchtime on Saturday there was a line to order sandwiches but it moved pretty quickly. The meats, peppers, seasoning, and bread far surpass anything you'd get at a chain sub shop. Half a sandwich filled me up which meant I got to enjoy the rest for lunch the next day. Between cold cuts, paninis, and hot sandwiches there are a variety of sandwich options. Grab one of the tables inside or sit at a table on the sidewalk on a nice day and enjoy a great lunch at Ferrucci's.

None of the sandwiches I've tried have blown me away. Theyre not bad, but not memorable. Limited selection in the prepared foods counter. Service is okay. The people who take your order are friendly but the woman who checked me out kinda wasn't. For an Italian deli (and I'm Italian with high expectations) this is a no from me.

We originally ordered the Brooklyn and the Godfather to go, but while we were waiting the smell alone convinced us to stay, and we seriously devoured both. We'll definitely be back to try dessert and grab one of their pre-prepared pastas for dinner. And on your way out, don't miss the little mint patty gumball-style machine by the door. The food here is almost better than most of the Italian spots I'm accustomed to in Brooklyn. I ordered the chicken parm hero and meatball parm hero. Both were excellent! The sauce was freshly made with simple ingredients that were clearly high quality. The bread was crispy and warm authentically Italian (covered in sesame seeds the way I love) Best of all they have a small "Mercato" with carefully selected items imported from Italy. I was surprised and excited to find some of my favorite Italian cookies, breadsticks and chocolates. They even carry Italian beverages & wine. But best of all they have several prepared frozen meals like Lasagna, eggplant Parmesan and other favorites. They also had sauces and cheeses and pasta. The pastry case was filed with Italian staples like cannolis. If you're looking for a purveyor of authentic Italian items in Concord, this is definitely the spot! They have a nice outdoor dining area and a small area inside as well.
