I wasn't aware it had a time limit, if I had know I would've thought twice about gifting from this establishment. It's embarrassing for us to give a gift that was ultimately unusable. It's very simple to order - they have everything they offer on display and when you make your choices they pull fresh cookies from the back. This is also the only place I've ever seen a cookie push pop and I LOVE this creative idea! I chose the coffee toffee, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle cookies along with a cookie push pop. Firstly the cookies are massive. I'm a person who can eat an entire cookie in one sitting but I would think for most people they could eat on one for days. They also have an over abundance of toppings and I love this so much. There wasn't a lack of chocolate chips or toffee on the cookies. These cookies are also super heavy so you know they're packed with flavor. If you're visiting Gibson Mill Market I highly recommend stopping at Cara's Cookie Company for dessert after your meal or a treat to take home!

The strawberry cheesecake roll was suggested and it was pretty good. Just for those two items I believe my total came up to about $16.19, so definitely not cheap....
