They have maki rolls here too, and some great looking cheese "bulkes" (buns), similar to my Latvian/Lithuanian grandmother's baked goods. The worker was busy with the fire brick oven making fresh bagels so you know they are legit. I got salmon lox with a sesame bagel. Although it was pretty close I feel like it was missing a bit of the sweetness of the bagels I had in Montreal. I decided to buy 6 additional bagels (3 cinnamon raisin and 3 sesame) to take home to freeze so I can enjoy it later. They will pack it for you in a plastic freezer bag. I finally had them recently at home just with cream cheese and toasted, and they were still excellent!
