Door Dash Date: September 9, 2020 My sister got a last week of watching my son in before he started pre-k. I'm a hot mess and am trying intuitive eating and have discovered I'm not one for eating breakfast right after I wake up. I forgot to grab egg bites or something from Starbucks when I got coffee for everyone so I made a door dash order for myself, my sister, my son and her son. I got an omelette which was seemed like a usual omelette but I wish they had included ketchup unless they did and I just grabbed the food in a hurry and it was in the paper bag. I'm not sure if my sister liked her eggs or my son or her son liked the pancakes she didn't tell me. I was impressed with how they packaged the food especially during this time of COVID when people are taking precautions. Overall I'd order or go there again, I wouldn't say it was mind blowing food but it wasn't bad either. read more

This is a VERY different place than the Long Island Bagel Cafe which is right up the block. It almost seemed like I was in a ghost town when I walked in. It was very quiet and completely empty. The bagels are good. The tuna is good. The salads are good. They're cheaper than other spots, but you don't really get a good amount of anything. And although it's much cheaper than a competitor, I think I would go to the Bagel Cafe instead. You have more options and you get more. If you're looking for a cheaper bagel, then I'd go here. If you're looking for a good bagel with more, I'd go elsewhere. read more

Yes, there are a lot of bagel places to choose from. Yes, they all have bagels. But do they deliver? Do they greet you with a smile? Because Bagel Factory does. The food is just great. The bagels are fresh, and the salads are delicious. We often get bagels on the weekends, and recently catered for a party and tried several salads and lox and cream cheese spreads as well as muffins. All were enjoyed by our guests. The order was delivered to us on time and well packaged. I'm visiting my mom in Long Beach. I popped on to Grubhub to see who delivered bagels late on a Saturday morning. Saw Bagel Factory, whom I had not heard of prior, and proceeded to order for my wife and me. I had the Hungry Man on a bagel, my wife egg and bacon on a bagel. They were prepared EXACTLY as ordered and the delivery was fast and the food still warm. I would definitely order again. It is nice to have some more bagel choices on the South Shore! read more

This place is awful. And most of the good reviews are obviously from their friends and family. This has got to be the woret bagel store on long island. The girls that work their are very rude. They mess up my order, I have gotten food with mold on it and hair in my food. They also take forever for the simplest things. Their food is mediocre at best. My job has ordered from here, large breakfast orders, several times. Every single time they mess at least one order up. Last time, it took over an hour (we're down the block) and again it was wrong. This time was the worst because I ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese on a roll. I got a scrambled egg with sausage and hash browns. I was annoyed from this always being an issue so I called and complained and they brought a new sandwich. This time it took about 3 mins but the eggs were barely ever cooked. It was horrible. Ok - first off parking sucks, but it's worth it. The bagels are really really good and most often warm. You can tell they are made on premises and not bought from an outlet.
