Was looking for a place to have breakfast before my hair appointment. Very happy I decided to try this place. The lady at the counter started to take my order and then asked me if I wanted to try their inside out everything bagel. Thank goodness I did. I love an Everything bagel, but the inside out one is a game changer. I ended up ordering an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. Every bite of my sandwhich was full of flavor. Just go there to try it. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Not sure if other bagel spots have that flavor, but I am convinced that is what an Everything bagel should taste. read more

When I got home I noticed the cc felt a little light so I grabbed my food scale and sure enough it weighed .42lb and that's including the weight of the container. That means depending on the weight of the container, they're giving you 20-25% less cc than what you paid for. Will never go back to these thieves. read more

I like Cinos Bagels. I think they're a bit on the expensive side but they're close to my house and they are always good. But the price of the Cino special has gone up quite a bit in recent months (but everything has....not their fault). The worst thing is getting shorted on cream cheese. The special is supposed to be 1/2 lb plain and 1/2 lb flavored. I got 13.2oz of cream cheese. I also paid in cash and didn't get the free bagel, but that's not a big deal. I don't order bagels very often so I wasn't aware I needed to request it being toasted specially since the place is called Cino's Hot Bagels....nor was I asked but the bagel was very tasty regardless and the vegetable cream cheese was also good. My order was ready in seconds. There are only two tables so this is definitely not a good location to sit down and enjoy a bagel as there will likely be no seats. Also they do not seem to clean the tables very often. read more

The bagel places in LI mystify me....do they all close at early afternoon? Growing up in Brooklyn, Deli's and bagel stores typically close late, if at all. And additionally, the prices are (how should I put it?) The prices are average. Below average even. Maybe I'm stuck in a time warp, but 6$ for a bacon egg and cheese on a roll is ridiculous. I am fairly certain I can get that price at a diner and for a few bucks more sit down and get free coffee refills along with an omelette. And toast. And hash browns. As for Ciro's , the staff was great and my sandwich was decent. It did come with a free small OJ. I also got a bagel to eat for later and it was very good however I think it cost me well over a dollar and i ordered it plain, no butter or cream cheese. Is this life on Long Island ? read more

One of my favorite bagel shops on Long Island! I'm shocked they don't have at least 4 stars on Yelp. The food is always so good, and it comes out very fast! You can't go wrong with anything, but my go-to is a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll. On top of the food, the service here is always wonderful. All of the workers are so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Yelp and a LOT of reading of many many reviews, I selected Cino's. AND...Cino's does an AMAZING job! FLAVOR, TEXTURE, just the right amount of authentic chewiness thanks to that outer " bagel shell" that comes from working the dough just right, boiling it just right and watching them bake JUST right! I ADORE bagels and left NYC in 1987. Lived in RichmondVA. NO bagels. Then Minneapolis. TERRIBLE. " bread" bagels. Now Florida. Not top NY bagels like Cino's. Then CINO's makes them BIG. So the outer " shell" provides that unmistakable GENUINE NEW YORK bagel ESSENTIAL " CHEW"! Yum! And because of their incredible (. 1/3 larger) size the inside is genuine soft great bagel dough texture, BUT.... more of it. Thus making them incredible with a nice thick layer of flavored cream cheeses they also offer for good prices. Huge variety! I picked the whitefish/ cream cheese spread which had a lot of whitefish, perfectly seasoned and VERY DELISH. No big problems when we were here for some breakfast sandwiches on a Sunday morning. We got lucky as shortly after we arrived a lengthy line formed. We were very surprised with how expensive our food was. A sausage egg & cheese and a bacon egg & cheese on bagels cost over $17! I went in here excited for fresh bagels and coffee. When I got in there, my excitement slowly died waiting for an absurd amount of time to order (note that there was a guy in there frustrated because he was waiting on ONE bagel-he was there well before myself). When it was time to eat my food, my bagel was just ok. I also got a few bakery items for myself and my mother. She enjoyed her croissant, but I didn't hear anything else about her food-which means it was just ok. For some reason, my crumb cake topping tasted stale, but the cake was moist-that made it a bit hard to really enjoy, since I spent time trying to eat around it. I don't think I would go out of my way again to go here, but I would try to give it another try. Update: This time was much better. My bagel was great with the sandwich I ordered. My muffin was great as well. I'm glad I went back. read more

I hate to give three stars but I'm really disappointed. We've been going there a while. We usually get bagels and pastries to go. This morning I didn't feel like making eggs. So I asked for scrambled egg American cheese lightly buttered bagel. We ordered some bagels to go. The young guy helping us seemed distracted or frazzled. and we had to tell him the bagels twice. No biggie. But then I cane home. My bagel is cold the egg is over cooked and the cheese just tossed on at the end and not even melted. I was really surprised. The bagels are so good. The pastries we've tried to. The staff all seem into the job and caring about quality and good service. Hoping today was an off day. But it will probably be a while before I ask for an egg sandwich again. read more

Got a delivery order from Cino's on 3/11/20. Ordered a Little Italy (see their websites description of the sandwich below) on a plain bagel and a Plain Bagel with Butter. First off , and not the most disgusting thing that happened, the sandwich was made on a roll and not the bagel we asked for. No Roasted Red Peppers or Oil & Vinegar. The Absolute Worst was the GRAY Salami on the sandwich. See Photos Below. PS -The plain bagel with butter also ordered had hardly any butter on it. But that was lightweight compared to that salami. Yikes. I went on Sunday and there was a long line, and I couldn't wait, but I thought maybe they were good since they had the line. Unfortunately, this was not true. The girl in the front had a mask on but was all over her mouth and not her nose, so that is the same not having a mask. Looked to the back and there was both the owner and a worker there without masks are gloves on. The girl that took the order went back to make my eggs, I was the only person there, when I went and it took 13 minutes to fry three eggs! I said on two occasions, I wanted it soft scrambled, but it was still dry and like a rubber ball. So not only did I wait forever, but I paid $10 for eggs, which is ridiculous. And it was not only not soft scrambled, it was actually burned and overcooked, and the bulk of it was the wrap and not eggs, very small eggs. Total rip off. Pictures attached read more

The bagels here are amazing, but the service is TERRIBLE. Occasionally you'll get lucky with someone that doesn't have an attitude and isn't rude or doesn't roll their eyes, but more times than not I've left there thinking- wow, why do I even come here. I still occasionally stop in for a delicious bagel because they are that good, and just hope for the best.. Oh and skip the watered down coffee & don't even bother asking for almond milk because you will get an eye roll. read more

Even though the owner and staff are all nice. I used to go here ALL the time and the lady that makes the egg sandwiches should be FIRED I always ask for extra bacon/ham and you get the same amount as a regular but they still charge you for extra. Now by the time I go home I'm not heading back to say hey there is no extra!!! This place left a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry Joe but she needs to be let go and even though I'm one customer but bcuz if people that don't care about their jobs you will lose more when they get fed up about getting nothing when paid for extra read more

Being from NY many of my clients always ask me to send them NY bagels. I use to order from a company that shipped world wide but the pandemic and lack of labor has placed them in a tough spot. they have decided not to ship anymore. I googled bagels that ship out off state and came up with Cino;s Hot Bagels in Oceanside. I placed my first order with them going from Long Island to Texas and is went very well. Everything was packaged perfectly and chinos bagel followed the entire delivery process like a gentleman. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to ship bagels to anywhere in the Country. They are a class act. read more
