This place is horrible. I ordered a steak and eggs and it was literally the worst food I had in my entire life. I know I get it I am not expecting gourmet food but this is not even edible. It was smelling of stale oil and so chewy. The steak was shaved chewy dogfood. I couldn't down it with my coffee even. The home fries were miserably stale smelled of stale oil. I had to throw the whole thing in the garbage and whatever Little bite I had I feel sick and nauseous. If you're charging $16 for a platter atleast have the decency to not give people old stale disgusting garbage food. Shame on you. read more

I've tried to give this place so many second chances but today was the last straw... The older looking guy is extremely rude and I've seen him not change gloves while handling other people's food.. he doesn't care at all... I also ordered ahead a BLT... And when I got there they said they didn't have tomatoes and still tried to have me pay for it... I refused and just asked for an everything bagel with scallion. They served me an undercooked bagel... The entire batch was undercooked... The bagel was super gummy and tasted extremely doughy...The majority of the staff is really pleasant except that one guy. (I know we all know who that person is) Mind you the older owners from years ago were awesome.... Used the TooGoodToGo app and got a dozen bagels here for $5 bucks, which was a nice deal. Staff wasn't terribly friendly when we arrived, but they gave us a great variety of bagels to go home with, including a French Toast Bagel (yum) and a blueberry bagel (YUM!). If you live in the area, give the place a try with the app to get a deal and try out a local shop! read more

Bagels have gotten smaller while their prices have gone up and the staff is rude. There are at least three other bagel shops within a five mile radius, I suggest going to one of those places instead of Bagel O's. read more

Very fast service and following all the covid rules, they immediately get a star for carrying Joe Tea (jersey made and 100 times better than Snapple IMO). I was in line when the employe was taking care of one customer seem to be a friendly guy I'm speaking about the employee. once it was my time to order it was what can I get you, not good morning no type of greeting. This is definitely one of the better bagel shops around the area. They are always busy, but even so, the service is quick. I never wait very long at all. I usually just order an egg sandwich and I have no complaints. People saying they barely put anything on the sandwiches, I don't have that problem. Mine are always just enough. They have a large selection of different bagels, as well as a bunch of different spreads to choose from. The staff are always very friendly and they even remember my order sometimes. I feel like a regular lol. The only complaint I have is that the sandwiches are a little pricier than some other places I've been to. But the convenience for me is worth it. read more

I used to frequent this place when I lived in the area and once in a while will stop in here for a bagel or sandwich when I'm at work. I'm almost positive since 15+ years ago when i frequented this spot it has changed hands once or twice. The bagels are decent still, I really have no complaints there but I got a chicken salad sandwich and compared to years past it just wasn't very good, ok at best. Used to order breakfast for the entire warehouse all the time but too many mistakes daily. Biggest pet peeve was you placed a phone order. They told you 20 minutes. You waited 30 and when you get there, THATS WHEN THE 20 MINUTES WOULD START. It's infuriating. read more

Terrible establishment. I ordered a Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese sandwich on a plain bagel and they figuratively AND literally bent me over. What I receive was an abomination of a sandwich and they completely forgot the egg. If I wanted a lousy bagel I would've just gone to Bagel Stop located across from Wayne Valley High School- Go Indians! It was utterly unbelievable that they screwed up my order seeing that I was the only one in there. Sad! Either learn to get a simple order correct or get right out of my face. I just had a morning sandwich from them. It was Turkey Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a roll with pepper and ketchup. They had the nerve to charge me $6.25 for this horrible sandwich. Do yourself a favor. Drive about 1 mile down the road to a place called Hot Bagles. The food is better, it's cheaper and the people working there are actually friendly and happy to see you in the morning. Bagel O's is overpriced, takes FOREVER, even if you call ahead, and the employees working are just plain rude. Now the main reason I'll never go here again. I used to call and order a breakfast sandwich on my way to work 2-3 times per week for about 6 months. Then one day I get to work and see a "Daily Specials" fax laying in the fax machine. The sandwich I just paid $7.50 for was listed as a special for $4.99. I kept my eye on it and the same sandwich is listed on the daily specials every single day. Then one day I called on my way to work and asked what the daily specials were and the woman on the phone had such a bad attitude and didn't even want to look for me. Nevertheless, I ordered the same sandwich, picked it up and paid $7.50 because she didn't want to look for the daily specials paper. Then I get to work and sure enough, the daily specials paper is on the fax machine with the sandwich I'm currently eating for $4.99!!! Fantastic place to grab breakfast. I've been getting my breakfast there for over 2 years almost every day. The service is always friendly. The bagels are fantastic. Very dependable. The Banana Foster is the best tasting flavored coffee I've ever had and it's made my Keurig get very little love for the past two years. Oh well. Glad this place exists. The bagels are good here but the people working there give you such attitudes. With the exception of maybe two women one I think is the owner. You're made to feel like you're actually pissing them off By being a customer at their establishment. It's a shame because typically the bagel shop Is your first stop on your way to work- and the attitude of the people you deal with can set the tone for the rest of the day.
