We really like the bagel sandwich options and the cinnamon roll bagel. Had those again about an hour ago. Also 2 different coffee options. Good honey for mine. This place is under 2 miles from the Event Center, where we are this weekend.

Box of bagels to share! They have awesome spreads to add to your bagel!?

When I visit my grandson's in Lincoln, I get to stop in at this local bagel & coffee and enjoy their goodies. It smells wonderful when you walk in, and of course you are welcomed by the happy baristas. I love the caramel latte! Or, as it has been renamed Karma-Latte, because 10% of proceeds go towards local non-profits each quarter! (*at participating locations, in store/drive thru only, regular sizes.) Currently, 10% from the Lincoln locations will be going to the Lincoln TeamMates Mentoring Program! I have tried their bagels and also their little breakfast quiches and they are both awesome! If you like a cozy, homey, coffee shop; this is the place to come for you to come in, sit down and have a cup of coffee and a bagel with a friend. Or get even more adventurous, and try a quiche and salad or some of their lovely pastries.

Daughter and I ate here very recently. She heard good things and so we wanted to give it a try. We went to the location on 84th St. in Lincoln. I got a Panini as well as the blueberry walnut salad and my daughter got a bagel with salmon and cream cheese. She said hers was good though she expected it to maybe be a little better. I enjoyed my Panini and I very much enjoyed the salad. As far as dining inside as we did, the temperature was very cold inside, so it was hard to be comfortable to be honest. We might give this place another try, but it might be for breakfast next time.

I found my new favorite breakfast spot! The smoothie was fresh and sweet. The lox bagel was great on a Jalapeño bagel. And I decided to get a Blueberry bagel for the road, I chose the honey almond cream cheese and FELL IN LOVE!! It was very packed and busy however the service was very quick! Good prices and a great atmosphere.

    Their breakfast sandwich. Very good!

I try to stop by whenever I'm in Lincoln. Their cream cheese selection is great. Bagels are ok but not bad for the area.

A ridiculous business model - the wait time and service is horrible. Food is ok but not worth the frustration

They charge you extra for it and don't put extra cream cheese. I will provide a picture. If I didn't ask for "extra" would they even put cream cheese on the bagel at all? Pathetic. 3 times in a row. robbed of my money. And I will include another picture of an everything bagel, plain cream cheese, extra cream cheese. "Add a disgusting amount of cream cheese" I'm unsure how I can be more clear.

Why would you hire someone who isn't fluent in English to take orders? Then the manager was unpleasantly aggressive towards the chef who was trying to make things right. But not before giving me a dirty look for having to ask the non-English speaking staff to repeat herself as well as telling her I can't understand what she was trying to say. Let me just say I try to take my work life very seriously I thought this was gonna be a nice job…read moregood hours clean place and yes it was most of that there was just one main problem, the owner from the beginning I knew he seemed pretty strict on things and I get it, then a couple days in I just noticed how much he was really yelling at all the other employees and for the littlest things, I felt like I was walking on eggshells working around him hoping I wouldn't be getting yelled at next because no one will be yelling at me at my place of work. I worked for a couple weeks and just knew it wasn't gonna work, I was just under to much pressure there I knew eventually I would be the one getting yelled at, I talked to employees and they've all thought about leaving plenty of times and because of him. He had been saying things about me to the other employees because I moved a table to close to the wall and forgot to wipe off a cart before putting it in the back around the 2nd week I was there . I ended up quiting on my break around the 4th or 5th week I just brought my clothes and hat inside and told my employee I was sorry and I couldn't do it, nothing disrespectful not bad said just that. I come back after two days for my last check to sign a paper I walk in stand next to the counter and don't say a word just wait to be helped and the owner Steve decided he wants to yell out loud "oh it's my favorite person that just up and fuckin left the other day" and then in a different/mimicking voice says "I want my money I want my paycheck". Are you fucking kidding me that is so beyond unprofessional you are 58 and the owner of this business but can't even treat your employees or customers with decency, it's actually crazy how you can act like that I was completely dumb founded, you need to check yourself. And to everyone else working there you do not deserve to be treated like that.

FOREVER DONE with all Bruegger's after today…read more Stopped in this morning on my way to donate blood and ordered breakfast and lunch for later. I used my pre-loaded account and was charged TWICE for my order by a 65 year old man making food who had black, nasty, dirty fingernails. Gross . It legit looked like he hadn't washed his hands in a week. Had I seen them before I ordered and paid, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. Regretfully I wish I had done that regardless. I had $61 on my Bruegger's account and after ordering 3 sandwiches and scanning my barcode, they told me I still owed them $23. Nooooo. So wrong. Three sandwiches DO NOT cost more than $61. Thats ridiculous. No common sense from these employees. That's when they charged me twice for the same order. Great. Completely incompetent. They had to call the manager Steve in, who sorta fixed the issue but short changed me. I didn't notice that until I got home. But he had another woman make my order while he worked on refunding me (incorrectly) and I was focused on that. I didn't want dirty fingernails making my food. ICK! Also, I always order the herby turkey with extra tomato spread, which they charge extra for. Fine, whatever. But I just sat down to enjoy the herby turkey. There is ZERO TOMATO SPREAD ON HERE WHATSOEVER. Charged me extra for it, charged me TWICE for it... and there is not one drop of tomato spread on this sandwich at all. Lovely How difficult is it to follow simple directions? To wash your hands while preparing someone else's food? To train your staff how to operate a register without screwing customers out of their own money? And to get one straight forward order correct, especially when the customer PAID MORE for it?! Absolutely PATHETIC. Brueggers should be ashamed. Every time I stop here regardless of the location, my order is never correct. Not once. The staff is less than competent and don't know what the hell they're doing. I'm trying to get rid of the balance on my account so I can done with them for good. Bruegger's used to be packed all the time with customers. It wasn't today. Like not at all. I can easily see why. When you screw customers out of their money, can't follow simple instructions and never get their order right, you're heading for locations to close permanently. And truthfully, I'd be happy to see this franchise close. They can't seem to do anything right. Their management doesn't care either and never answers the phone or calls back. Omaha, you want delicious bagels with a friendly, intelligent staff? BAGEL BIN! They're local with great owners. They'll be getting my business from now on.

Consistent quality and speed! Always friendly. I love the ability to order ahead for pickup.read more
