This is a family owned business. The father, Max, and son, Ashkon, are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Ashkon, was whom I dealt with the most during this wonderful car buying experience. I drove down to the dealership from Folsom the week of Thanksgiving and drove a 2008 BMW 128i convertible. It drove great but had an issue with the air conditioning. Ashkton apologize for it not working and said he would fix it and since I lived in Folsom he could bring it back up to me and we can finish the paperwork at that time. In my time in auto sales this went well beyond the norm for customer service. Not only did he deliver the car but it was in a torrential downpour all the way from the bay area right before Thanksgiving. This shows you a lot. The exemplary customer service did not stop there. I discovered I was missing a couple hidden trim pieces underneath the car and asked if he could help me with those. We both looked up the parts and he PayPal 'd the approximate cost for those parts! Once again well beyond a typical car dealer. Almost 3 months later towards the end of the 90 day warranty the car developed a weird sound and I could not figure it out. I let Ashkton know and he said he would help once again! Turned out to be a terrible BMW design with plastic and metal together at the power steering pump and caused the power steering pump to fail. I had the repair done and sent the bill to Ashkton. He had done so much at this point I didn't have the heart to ask for full payment and agreed to split it 50/50..which he did because it was a known issue within the warranty period. 100% class act with prompt replies to all communication. Seriously long over duehonest review I bought a 2012 used passat from Bahal motors in 2019. I have owned this same car for over 3 years now and he sells amazing reliable cars. I bought my passat at 71,000 miles and now she is at 154,000 miles and still runs amazing. The only this that went wrong with my car shortly after I got it about 6 months was the alternator went out which isn't anything not to expect with a used car and things are eventually going to need replacing other than that this car has absolutely been amazing and a dream and so reliable. I take it to on a 10 hour drive to Idaho and 8 hours to Vegas all the time and she never stops going. I would give this place 20/5 stars if I could. So many places sell lemons just to get there money and you are out of a car within 6 months but this isn't the case with Bahal motors. I highly recommend Bahal Motors for anyone who wants to buy a used car. My wife and I have been looking for an SUV for more than 3 months and visited more than 30 dealers from Vacaville down to Campbell. My wife has a unique special need. She is very sensitive to electromagnetic frequency (EMF). Because of that we have to use EMF meter to check the car out while it is on. From the beginning, Ashkon has been very kind and patient as we check out the car, and eventually test drive the 2012 Acura RDX AWD. After we test drove the car, we ask to have my mechanic check it out. Ashkon did not hesitate a moment, and allowed us to drive to Lafayette to have the SUV checked out for more than an hour, and came back about 2 1/2 hours later. My mechanic gave me a thumps up. So, we purchased the SUV and took it home. This is when Ashkon really shined in customer service and show how much he cares. 3 hours after we paid for the SUV and took it home, on our first drive out, the SUV acted strange while we were shopping at Whole Foods. When I came back to start the car, my wife had been listening to the radio for about 10 minutes on accessory mode. All of sudden all the lights in the car and instrumental panel flickered on and off. When we drove off after, the car jerked and by the time I got to a signal light next block, car would not drive right, and accelerated suddenly when I gently pushed the accelerator. The next block, I turn left, and pulled over to the curb. Before I even turn off the car, the car just died, and will not start again. By now it was after 9 PM. We eventually got home when my stepson picked us up and drove us home about a mile away. That night, I emailed Ashkon and explained what happened. The next day Ashkon called and asked us to either tow to my mechanic or his mechanic to take a look at it. We decided we were going to tow to his mechanic in Pleasant Hill. After we towed the car to Ashkon's mechanic, Adel the mechanic explained to us what is going to happen. We came back home, and about 2 hours later, we called the mechanic. He stated that the alternator was bad, and had to be replaced. Also, while the alternator is being replaced, the mechanic wanted to do the job right, and replaced the belt as well. The mechanic told us that Ashkon will be picking up all the tabs to fix the vehicle. Eventually, the mechanic also replaced the battery because when they check the charging system, the voltage reading was not to their liking. So, they kept the car overnight, and checked the charging system again next day. When we came back the next day, the car has been fixed perfectly with more expensive alternator than the aftermarket alternator he could have put in the car; however, my wife and I were not comfortable with the car because we have not had a chance to drive the car much. So, Ashkon told us on the phone, we can drive the car over the weekend, then we can make the decision to return the car back to him or not even though the 3-day to void the transaction is over. After the weekend, we came back to Ashkon that we felt car was making a high pitch noise ever since the alternator and belt has been changed. Also, we also told him that when we shift gear from park to reverse or drive, there is a delay reaction on the transmission even though the car does not seem to have trouble shifting when we are driving. So, he asked me to get in the car with him, and he will test drive it. After the test drive, he confirmed that the car has a little whining noise but he assured us that is because the new belt has not been broken in. As to the transmission worries, he told us it is because car electrical system was disconnected, and the computer has to relearn our driving habits as we shift from park. We were satisfied with his explanations because all this time he had to deal with us and costing him extra money to fix the car, he was always genuinely smiling and concerned about us than him making money. I know because when we found the car on Carfax, Carfax rated the price as a great deal. Top it all off, as we are driving off, he asked us call anytime if we have any question or concerns. Also, to come back when we are ready for a complete detail of our SUV free of charge at the car detail shop he owns next door. It has been more than a week since we got the car back, and our SUV has been awesome as we drove all over the place. The whining noise is gone, and the transmission shift smoothly now. Again, I cannot recommend Ashkon and Bahal Motors highly enough for any used car shoppers! Ashkon is a man of integrity! read more

My dad has been looking for particular trim of a used Toyota Sequoia for a while. It was the third car dealership (which I assume, is a father-and-son-owned business) we visited within a month and I must say, we were really impressed of how clean the car was, inside and out, of course so is the dealership. He had it test drive and he had no complaints; no leaks underneath or major bumps or even crack on the glass. I only think the car was too big for me to drive but it's not going to be mine to begin with. The car had a detailed and transparent CarFax report and was priced very reasonably.
