Avoid Elite Motor Cars at all costs. My family and I purchased a 2011 BMW M3 convertible from Elite Motor Cars in Concord recently and were repeatedly told the car was in excellent condition, had been "completely inspected," and had "nothing wrong with it." Problems started almost immediately: - The hard-top convertible leaked badly the first time it rained. - The fuel door would not open properly. - Battery discharge warnings appeared constantly - a brand-new battery died in just 45 minutes with only the hazard lights on. - The car suddenly lost power on the highway, went into limp mode, and eventually would not start. The trunk battery access panel was fully open when we first inspected the car, indicating prior electrical troubleshooting that was never disclosed. Throughout this process, Elite has been unresponsive and even falsely claimed the shop the car was towed to told them I "ran out of gas" - when I called the shop myself, they declined that ever took place. We trusted their assurances and paid $30,000 for what was presented as a thoroughly inspected, problem-free vehicle. Instead, we've been left with a non-drivable car facing thousands in repairs just weeks later. Elite Motor Cars misrepresents their vehicles and does not stand behind them after the sale. Steer clear of this dealership at all costs. Purchased a 2011 BMW M3 from them a month ago. Abraham was very nice. Sean in finance was so full of himself and a windbag from the get go. So unprofessional, bragging about his credit score and his possessions to us was just uncomfortable to be around. We were told the car was "pristine" and had been completely inspected. Yes it's a 2011 but only has 50k miles on it. They did nothing to the car as far as cleaning it and didn't fill up the tank before bringing it around. Classless. The minute we got home, check engine light was on. The minute it started raining, the hard top convertible was leaking. The battery discharge light kept coming on. We are $1,300 in and here's the thing. I emailed Alex, the owner 10 times with zero response. Sean ended up yelling at me, telling me they will do absolutely nothing for me "you're on your own". So I purchased a 2018 Mercedes c 43amg with 60k miles , purchase price of 27.9 total being about 31k, which I paid I cash! They claim that they do this multi point inspection, which is supposed to give us a piece of mind in actuality they send it to a third-party company and they may or may not end in my case. I wanted to provide this message a few months ago but I just recently purchased a vehicle. I was looking at a 2018 Cadillac CTS-V back in August. True dishonesty on their part as they posted the car for sale online. I drove over an hour to see it and I asked one of the workers if they have the keys so I can look at the inside of it. The same worker said that they do not have the keys. I saw one of the workers did not acknowledge me when I greeted him. He stared at me in an unprofessional manner. I saw them move the car out and I met up with one of the salesman and they said that the car had problems as they couldn't sell it. I gave the salesman my number so he can call me back but he never did. The nonexistence and them not taking the initiative to reach out to me about the car is unfair treatment on my end. Additionally when I am a first time buyer. I am glad I did not buy from them as it is clear they have a certain type of people they want to negotiate a deal with. read more
