Came here after I wasn't treated so well at the major dealerships. I was in the market for a clean air vehicle so I had the prius, camry, and fusion in mind. After test driving the fusion I was set on that being my next car. The Ford dealer pulled out the paperwork for the car but they wouldn't work with me on the price so 2 hours wasted there. I came here to see a prius and Fam showed me a new car that he just picked up. Lucky me he had a 15 fusion energi titanium edition in black the color I wanted and available with every option available. We were shopping around to buy my girlfriend a car, and we stumbled upon this little dealership over the weekend. They aren't normally open on Saturdays, but we made an appointment. We met with Johnathon and he was extremely pleasant to work with. He was very friendly and very helpful. My girlfriend has been denied plenty of times at dealerships due to her low credit, and we were at the last whim, but Johnathon was able to get us one. She was extremely happy and we walked away with the car that she wanted. Only thing I feel bad about was that we got there at 11:00 AM and didn't leave until 5:30 PM. If Johnathon felt like we took too long, he had a good way of not showing it. He was awesome and this dealership is awesome. Fam and Marilyn (the owners) are wonderful. It was my first time buying an electric car and Fam helped me understand the differences between a full electric car and a plug-in hybrid. He was very knowledgeable and professional and never acted like an "used car" salesman! He was more of an advisor. He patiently worked with me with BAAQMD for a rebate, referred me to a great the local credit union for my car loan and gave me a great deal on my Chevrolet Volt. Since I was new to electric cars, the first few months of owning one, I had lots of questions and he answered them all. He helped me understand the issue each time I had a question and was a great support when I had to deal with the Chevy dealership. He also referred me to a great mechanic for regular maintenance on my gas engine. Marilyn was great with the paperwork end of the deal. I would most definitely buy another car from them the next time I need a car. But this car is so great I doubt I'll need another one any time soon. read more

I'm glad about the deal I received from Auto Import Sales. I spoke with FAM as he is the dealer Guru. The Dodge Ram Hemi Sport truck caught my eyes and initially it was beyond my expectations for the price. I asked to look at the truck and they gave me the keys. I checked it all out and it was a nice running truck that needed a few things done but met my expectations. I went inside to talk to Fam and I asked for the bluebook info to see their price, and obviously I did my own KBB check and yes they were close in price. So I said give me the print out and I will buy it today. I went to my bank to have them cut a check and I came back to the dealership without any problems. The vehicles here are sold "AS IS" condition so do not have any expectations of perfection. If there are any problems with the vehicle then you are going to be responsible after you leave the lot. I had a few minor issues like a fuse replacement and a door switch, but I'm handy about fixing things. I was pleased with the customer service and a nice variety of vehicles on hand. The fifth star would have been there if I had received a second key. I only got one key and there should be TWO KEYS with any car being sold. As a result, I will have to take the time out and pay out of pocket huge for labor and keys. Also the truck had less than a quater tank of gas when bought. A wire was left unplugged in vehicle unknown where it goes, no paperwork for service history and receipts (not including the Carfax which was helpful). I know small details but at it should have been looked into. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but these issues were not handled, but never the less I recommend Auto Import Sales definitely and give them a try as they are a friendly used car dealer. read more

Words cannot described how fun and easy the experience of buying a car from this company. Let's start with Fam, although we never met in person, we spoke on the phone. He politely answered every one of my questions, gave a brief history of the car, with sincere honesty. Fams talks more like a car guru than a car seller, he knows every single detail of the car he sells in his lot. He arranged a 8 year vehicle to be detailed by a pro at no cost. The next day I arrived, I was greeted by one of the employee(Juan). He was informed by Fam that I would show up when the store opens. I arrived 45 minutes early, and Juan greeted me and open the store early for me to check out the ins and outs of the car. I told Juan I would test drive the car when the car is detailed, and Juan abides without question. I came back 3 hours later to find the car ready to go. I was met by Marilyn, co-owner of the company and she was super nice throughout the entire process. I test drove the car with her as she politely answered every single question I threw at her and she came back at me with very knowledgeable answers regarding the car. When we came back to the store, she informed me of a possible flaw(body related) in the car, she went out of her way and took the car to have it inspected by a mechanic. While I waited, Juan helped me processed the paper work, and thoroughly explained what I was signing for the purchase of the car. Marilyn returned 30 minutes later with my car to gave a nod of approval that it is ready for me. Wish it would be possible to give a zero. Came to dealer started browsing around expecting to be approached. 15 min pass and still no acknowledgment. Was getting ready to walk away but I really had my eyes set on a vehicle that they had. So I turn back and decide to walk into the office. Upon walking in I'm not greeted whatsoever, and when asking a man if I could speak with a sales rep about a vehicle I was interested in, he sarcastically looked around the empty office and said "Uhhh, I can." with smirk on his face. He never stood up introduced himself or asked for my name in exchange. No introduction whatsoever. Seriously, if you're trying to run a business, at least welcome your customers with a friendly greeting. Hell even a name exchange would have made the experience that much better. Anyhow, as I proceeded to ask questions about the vehicle I could tell he was getting irritated. All in all completely horrible experience, will never be going back to that place again. Word of advice to the owner of the shop, get some training if you want to run a successful business. Lastly, if the man I spoke with was a the owner, do something else that doesn't include working face to face with clients because that's a skill that you lack. As far as who I spoke with, take off the sunglasses when your speaking with a customer and FYI wearing sun glasses indoor when you're staring at the computer screen makes you look like a complete tool. read more

I made a cash full price offer on a car, and because I was out of state, they refused to sell it to me. I offered to put a deposit on the car, still they refused. Also, they would not allow anyone other than their chosen technician to inspect the car. Furthermore, they would not call me back instead of emailing, and were slow to respond to my emails, if at all.
