1st I was in awww of all the flavors. It was my husband and I 1st time. Are granddaughters worked at one and new I would love it. So I signed up for the b/b gift and forgot. One day my husband and I where running errands and it popped up again and we went. Ordered through drive thru and service seem slow from the amount of people in line waiting. Ordered wedding cake/strawberry cheesecake with condensed milk. Checked in and received a free cream to redeem. Line is moving extremely slow and once I was at the window, showed the young man the free cream redemption, he redeem the whole snocone! This place is terrible, today I went through the drive through for the first time and there was guy at the window who asked me to pull to the window I guess the speaker did not work. But he was still wearing the headset when I got there the man spoke no English, luckily I speak Spanish from there i ordered 2 drinks i order all the time, the total is normally coming out too $16 plus tax and everything. Order is taken and we don't have any issues. Once I pull up to the window I am asked for my order. I tell them. They close the window and come back to ask again what my order is. I tell them again. Hand over my credit card I am charged and given a receipt with the correct order on it. At this point they have asked me a total of 3 times for my order. They come back 2 more times to ask my order. I tell them to look at the receipt because the order is correct on there. Finally get my order to find out they were ALL wrong. I paid for the Bahama Rama mama stuff Not a single one of the items we ordered came with it. It was not the regular powder like ice I get at other two locations I frequent. Update 7/17 It takes an entire 30 minutes to get your order correct. From the time we paid. At 10:15pm. 10:45. Now they mix the all the flavors and colors together. So it'll be just one blue color. My husband and I went to this location because its closer to us which i have had a bad experience years ago but decided to go inside and give it another chance and upon entering there was a lot of cleaning going on the slim lady, assuming the owner because she was in cleaning clothes was counting change from tip jar and did not move over for the customer to order and barely spoke! The young girl at the register looked lost and didn't speak at all! My husband looking the menu and i am ready to order but i ended up standing there waiting for the owner to move so I could! We finally was able to place our order and as we waited we are smelling cleaning products and witnessing the Syrups on the floor and hearing the sticky floor being walked over! it was very disorganized behind the counter! So my husband got my size drink in a plain styrofoam cup and i got his size drink and the look nothing like the picture and i has to wipe his cup off! My drink tasted like watered down corn syrup with food coloring! I had to knock some of my ice off because it was plain and dry with zero flavor! It only got worse as i tried to eat more, it started tasting like the cleaning chemicals i was smelling! I dont know if it was because i had to smell all the products being used as we waited or what. My son asked to have it then threw it away after tasting it! Overall: Customer service: AWFUL! The Young workers are oblivious! And i dont even think they are there for a check! Terrible experience here. First the person taking orders sounded confused so we had to clearly repeat the order to them 3 different times. Ordered shaved ice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Neither of the shaved ice came with ice cream and as I was digging around looking for it I found a BUG in it which is straight up disgusting. I called and the employee said I put ice cream in don't worry about it and hung up on me. I drove back and got the manager to get a refund and show them that they served me something with a bug in it. And then instead of refunding me she charges me again like are you serious?
