My first time ordering at smoothie king and the employee didn't have the patience with me. She kept sighing and kept giving me an attitude when taking my order. This is infuriating all I asked was to switch to small to a large cup, switched blueberries to raspberries, and I didn't know for one of the cups I order I had to pick fruits and veggies. I don't like being that person that complains, but the last three times I've came to this location they've got my order wrong, which I don't know how because all of them have on the headsets. And all I ask for in my order is to take one simple thing away. And I even repeated multiple times each time. And yet they still get it wrong. I had to go back inside to store each time just for them to remake it the right way. And I don't receive anything for the mess up and the time wasted. Not even an apology or anything, they just make it again and I have to wait and they don't say a word. But the most concerning part is that I don't even have to repeat what they messed up each time, it's like they already know they messed the order up, they just didn't care enough to fix it before giving it to me the first time. I just walk in with my drink and they already know what they did wrong. Again like I said, it took three times for me to actually say something about this, but they've wasted too much of my time without any care at all, and they even seem to have an attitude because I want my drink made correctly even though it's one tiny change to the regular order. Then a separate time than when they got the orders wrong, they pretty much just gave me a smoothie that was almost just ice with a little coloring. Then when I went in the store AGAIN it was another time I didn't even say anything, I walked in and the young girl that was making the drinks started laughing when she saw me. Then I told the other young girl at the register and she walked over too the girl making the drinks and they laughed to eachother like they knew they didn't try with that drink at all. There needs to be something done with that staff especially about the younger people that have working there that just don't care read more

I have been going to this location since it opened. The original staff and the owner (Diego) was very nice and welcoming. The staff that is there now.......HORRIBLE!. They are rude. They lack customer service. And they are more interested in gathering and chatting amongst themselves, rather than servicing the customers. My last visit (05/24/2020): The door was open, so I walked in the store (with my mask on) to place my order. Before the door closed, the young lady (with multi-colored braids) stopped me and said, "Ma'am what's the name on you order?" I informed her that I wanted to place an order. She then stated, "ma'am you have to go through drive-thru," and proceeded to usher me out of the door. I get to the drive-thru window and place my order. The SAME young lady pretended not to understand my order. She would repeat it and then ask me for the order again. She did this 3 times. When I got to the window, she had an attitude. No, "thank you." No customer service at all. I have been going to this store since it opened. Diego and his original staff were amazing. The staff that is there now is ..... simply put.....trashy. This one however will get your smoothie right every time. They listen, they take their time, they care. Smoothies are made when ordered so be patient.
