Sooo...this location is conveniently located for me and I think that's the only reason I continue to visit. The satisfaction with my orders are very hit or miss. It just seems like for whatever reason, the measurements for the ingredients aren't always accurate. It's either too much of something or too less. Nonetheless, I do always enjoy their pastries, but of course all they do is warm those up at most. It goes without saying that I will be returning, because who doesn't like having to travel far to get something they want/need, is me. read more

Closest Starbucks to my home so I usually end up going here. The staff is really friendly no matter what time I visit. Lots of tables and always clean. They make drinks quickly as expected. The WiFi is fast and there are plenty of outlets for your devices. They have a good selection of pastries, snacks and deli sandwiches but I rarely see salad available. Not sure what's up with that. Overall this is a great location. My only complaint is that they do not have a driveway. That probably contributes to this location being less busy than others. The quality of drink is great and they never have an issue with customizing your beverage. read more

Worst barista ever! Our 4 drinks tasted bad. Not blended at perfection. There was no flavor. These environmental friendly straws are horrible. They break before you're finish with your drink. This Starbucks is turning to Shit. I used to love coming here the service was fast and the workers where always very polite and welcoming. In the last year it's just getting slowly worse. The service is poor, they do not ever repeat your order and I've had mine wrong multiple times. The don't tell you your total they just turn around and make your drink or get the food. This lady at the window at 2:00pm on May 23 need to check her attitude, we did not realize what she was saying about our gift card and kept looking at us with a smirk and was completely rude when we asked what she meant. I came here with my sister around 2 and the cashier rudely took our order. She had this stank face like someone smacked her and her face got dysfunctional. Her attitude really ruined my mood, but I put it aside and waited for my drink. The barista made our drinks quickly and it tasted really good. She even recommended me her favorite drink and I'll definitely try it the next time I go to starbucks. She made our experience so much better after encountering the rude cashier. Ugh. I jave been burned by this Starbucks several times in a row. They are a complete mess! Never having coffee on hand. Making customers wait 15 to 20 minutes for a regular coffee. My mobile order was ready when I stopped by and my drink was correct which I appreciate! The baristas were not really friendly at all and the space was seemingly not clean. I'm not sure if that has more to do with being an older/ outdated location or it actually being dirty? One of the bathrooms is currently being used for storage but isn't marked as out of service which is, interesting? I think friendly service, a greeting or even a thank you when leaving would go a long way to making it a better experience. read more

This place sucks! Every time i come i order my grande vanilla iced coffee with extra crepe and vanilla. The staff is social but they always ask me questions that i don't know the answer to. This is my home base! I come here ALL THE FREAKING TIME to study and meet up with a few old friends. Like seriously, the baristas know my name by now and I know theirs..well most of them. Anyhoo. They are all super friendly and that's rare to find nowadays. They never give you an attitude and are always happy to answer any questions you might have about the drinks. They also let you know about any special deals they might have like happy hour or any other sales. It's a relatively big location so it's great for studying (outlets are plentiful). There's also outdoor seating! It's also near all these other commonly popular stores like Target, Old Navy, Marshall's, etc. so you can get your caffeine fix and go do some shopping if you like. I go to this SBUX frequently. The employees here are very social with their customers. However they're notorious for not capping a cup all the way and being short on supplies. ALSO!!! Theres no drive through!!! What stand alone SBUX has no drive through?! Its not very spacious inside, so there are very few places to sit. Some of the outlets in this place don't even work. The only thing that keeps me coming back is my Caffiend-Hunger for Cafe-Moca. Plus theres also a SBUX inside the Target next door...kinda wonder why they're so close together? Its obvious that corporate hasn't checked on this site for a long minute. read more

IF YOU DONT WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO THERE The first time I went there I waited 30 min for a drink and a sandwich, today I went there this morning i waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks that they didn't give me because I had to leave , and when I asked for a refund bc I had to leave the manager told me that she didn't have the time that I neede to wait. Unbelievable! until another girl had to come and give me my refund. I spent almost 1 hr there and I walked out without coffees that I ordered. worst Starbucks place I had ever been to.. this location needs managing and more organization. I've yet to try the pastries and food they serve, but their selection always looks yummy. In my opinion, Cuppo is more of a nostalgic study spot with plenty of seating, outlets, and available parking rather than a go-to for coffee/matcha. Service is fast and nice, the bathroom is clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying and catching up.

I never have issues with Starbucks, but one of the workers was incredibly rude. I assume she wanted to leave early or something because as soon as it was 10:00pm she slammed my table with her hands and told me they were closed and I "needed to get out of here". In all honesty it just startled me more than anything. I was focused on what I was working on and didn't realize it was 10pm already. There was another group next to me and she waited behind them saying "come on come on" over and over again, then started to do the same to me after they were out of the store. I can understand if it was a rough day for her and maybe she had some angry clients or something, but I had my papers scattered out so it took me a good 30-45 seconds to get my stuff together so I could leave. I understand we all have rough days, but I don't appreciate the way I was treated and I will definitely NOT be returning to this location. read more

This Starbucks location is conveniently close to my home, making it my go-to choice. The staff is consistently friendly, regardless of the time of day. The seating area is spacious with clean tables, and drinks are prepared promptly. The WiFi is reliable with ample power outlets. The food selection is varied, including pastries, snacks, and deli sandwiches. However, salads seem to be unavailable, which is somewhat disappointing. Pretty disgusting that the employees at this establishment would let a guy touch himself while sitting next to a young lady who was there trying to get her work done. And when it was brought up to an employee they did not do anything to try and remove the guy all that was offered was a " free drink". That is disgusting on the pig of a guys part but also the employee for allowing that person to sexually harass a woman who was minding her business. DO BETTER. read more

Worker sitting on the drive thru window and cleaning product next to food/drinks is unacceptable... When I first moved to the area it was my favorite place went pretty much everyday but after this experience I prefer to drive out of my way for a better experience. Plus they never make the drinks the way they are supposed to be made.... I think the workers need better training or new management is needed. Horrible!!!!!!! read more

It was fairly busy when I got here so automatically I expected it to take a little longer to get my drink. However it was quite the opposite! They were getting drinks out really fast.
