Came to this location today and was super disappointed. I ordered a cherry picadilly and they were out of Chamoy which was already a little disappointing but I got it anyways. I got it and it looked a little different but figured it was because it was missing chamoy. As I was driving I tasted it and there was no cherry syrup, it was straight up ice! I didn't even eat it. I waited 30 minutes in line and was not about to wait again because I had somewhere to be. I called like 20 mins later thinking maybe I could pick it up on my way back home and when I finally got a hold of someone they said without a receipt I couldn't, and ofcourse the girl didn't offer me my receipt. I took my son today for my first time with my MOMS Club and I was blown away. Not only was the shaved ice super yummy the staff is AMAZING! The patience that every employee had with all of our little was impressive. Way to go Bahama Buck's for for finding such great employees. We will definitely be back! read more

I love bahama bucks and everytime I go to my usual bahama bucks it's amazing. For some reason this location was very disappointing. The sno's had hardly any syrup and it felt like i was just eating plain ice. Came here after a conversation I had with my neighbor about great shaved ice. She told me about this place so I decided to give it a try today. The drive thru attendant was nice when I asked for a minute to review the menu. I decided to go with the hurricane colada flavor. Upon receiving the shaved ice I noticed now nice it looked it even came with a little pink umbrella. I couldn't wait to try It! Once I shoved my spoon I noticed that the outside was red but the entire inside was snow white....hmm I thought wow, this flavor has a red outside and a pina colada inside....NOOOO only the outside top of my ice had flavor on it. The inside was just plain shaved ice!!! I took it back inside and the workers had smiles on their faces and one grabbed a bottle of red syrup....they knew why I was coming back.....i asked "is this the way this is supposed to be?" He replied "no" and proceeded to pour syrup down the middle of my drink. The two stars are for the ice itself because it is very soft ice, just like I like it but nothing without flavoring throughout the entire drink.....do better bahama bucks!!! read more

Hours are posted that you are opened until 10pm and we showed up today on 1/22 at 9:15pm, lights on and people inside when we pulled up but no one answered drive thru and then all a sudden lights were off and nobody there! Customer service here has severely declined. I'm currently sitting in my car waiting in line. It's been well over 20 minutes. I can't get out of line. I'm stuck and this is the 2nd time this has happened. Cmon man... this is a snow cone place not a full service restaurant. It absolutely makes no sense how slow service is here. We went 3 nights in a row and dumb us it got worse each time. The last night we were in line at 8:42 the line was not moving so I called so they would take my order over thor know I was in line- we were told that we would be served- guess what- got to the window and we were told.... Sorry we are closed! I said oh no I called and you said you would serve us- you could tell by the huffing they were not happy and it showed because our order was messed up - no ice cream, no sprinkles, very little juice! I called and left a message with my disappointment with no return call. I called again and spoke to a manager with very little to say- finally apologized but did not offer to make our order right! For the cost of a large and Everest you would think they would want repeat business! Unbelievable and will not return..... very sad because we were good customers. read more

I walked in Bahama Bucks and immediately noticed that only two workers were making snow cones. Our two snow cones took about 30 minutes. Our choice in flavor was tigers blood that is meant to be a watermelon and strawberry combination, but it tasted like cinnamon. One of our two snow cones had white ice in the middle and completely without flavor or enough syrup. I was not impressed with the service and the quality of my 10 dollars. Good idea in theory but the service was way off and the manager just stood there and walked off while her employee tried to figure it out. After we waited we were told they couldn't make the what we orders they were out of most things. The manger was totally rude and she made no effort to help the situation. Way more expensive than their competitors (like 50% more in some cases) for the same stuff. Guess you have to pay for those neat surfboards somehow. The ice is good. But again, it's about the same as some of the other better stands in town. But the wait is unreasonable and it just seems like a McDonald's fast food chain. But slower. read more

The MOMS Club of Spring had an amazing time at Bahama Bucks this morning. Our kiddos got to make snow cones and the managers gave them real snow balls in the parking lot to have a snowball fight. Super sticky; you can just feel the germs on your fingers...gross.
