Imagine arriving exactly when you said, and be told "sorry bro we started 10 minutes ago". So I ask for a bye for the first game, and am told "no those are the rules". It's an 8-person local tournament, not the World Team Championship, get over yourselves. Could have just said no up front and save me 90 minutes of driving. Turns out, I was right! I've been charged an over charge of $25 plus tax for the last seven months. Within 15 minutes, Lorena took care of the problem and I was credited for the over charge.
