They stop doing Saturday services ... they gave me a weekday appointment , that I Never confirmed because I didn't get the message. I missed that appointment. now they don't want to see me anymore ... I don't remember missing any other appointments.. but if this is how you treat Loyal customer of 20 plus years.. I went to this dentist for a bottom partial. The partial did not fit correctly. It would like a boat. After going back for adjustments 5 times. Finally I asked the dentist to make an other partial. Be said the only way he would make it again was if I paid for another one. He would not stand behind his work. He was arrogant and uncooperative. Finally I just gave him the partial and told him be could keep it because I could not use it. Just to clarify it was the son who did the work and he is to young and doesn't have the experience to make a partial. read more

My wife and I have been receiving our dental care at Biddulph Family Dentistry for many years; first with Dr. Lonardo, and for the past few years with Dr. Rabady. We have always been very happy with the care and service we have received and I feel I am overdue in expressing my gratitude to Dr Rabady and all of the other courteous and professional staff there. Today I was there to get fitted for my implant partial after it was repaired by Dr Rabady. I had carelessly broken it when errantly biting into a plum seed. Once again, the work was perfect and the service was outstanding. I am so lucky to have Dr. Rabady taking care of my dental needs. Excellent Dental Practice, Been going here for years, even when they were located at the Biddulph Shopping Plaza under Dr. Lonardo. Since then the practice built the new facility which is very nice. Apparently there have been some changes in the office staff that have made them extremely unorganized. After scheduling an appointment 2-3 months ago and planning an entire day around since all 4 of us are going they cancelled my appointment and never informed me. They stated I had a $60 balance so they cancelled the appointment without letting me know in advance...I paid the $60 on March 28th, you would just think that they would have a better way of tracking their clients information. Once I sent the Office Manager the receipt she offered to reschedule us but I am just really put off by the lack of professionalism and the lack of organization. Its a shame because I really liked Dr. Rabady she was great but the office sucks so unfortunately after 7-8yrs I will be looking for a new dentist. This is extremely unprofessional. read more

So disappointed with my experience here. My first time coming here was on Feb. 4th 2019 after scheduling since mid November 2018 (that was the soonest available). I had a great cleaning with Beth, she was very sweet and gentle... the best cleaning I've had in a long time, so I figured it would have been a great idea to return... WELL NOT! After Beth took care of me I waited about 20 minutes to be seen by the actual dentist... which he never even came so Beth went out and had another dentist (Rula Rabady) look at my teeth. She seemed uninterested, very in and out. I should've known right then not to return, but my experience with Beth was so great that I decided to give it a chance. On Feb. 11th, I went back for fillings. The Dentist asked me if I was in pain and I said NO. As soon as I layed down she asked me if I wanted all four filled in & so I said yes. I opened my mouth, & she went right into numbing me with anesthesia. The first needle did not hurt as much, but when she proceeded to enter the second one it hurt extremely badly. I was having a hard time breathing, & that's when I tried reminding her that I was PREGNANT. She panicked and looked over at her assistant, then asked me in a frantic way why I didn't tell her I was pregnant to begin with. Truth is, they NEVER PUT IT ON THE CHART! I wrote that I was pregnant on my first visit along with my due date. The assistant tried distracting me by talking to me about her pregnancies and her kids experiences as the doctor went about her way typing on the computer. After 5 minutes she came back and Had me open my mouth to start the fillings. Once she drilled my wisdom tooth it started aching right away and I felt EVERYTHING. I raised both hands to for them to stop! She was rushing through the whole procedure which took about 30 minutes for all four fillings (the shortest time I've ever spent at the dentist). After the anesthesia wore off that day I felt this intense pain in my mouth, but I said I'd give it a day because it could have just been the anesthesia. The next day it got worse and infected. I couldn't chew so I gave up on eating because the pain was too intense. I called the next morning complaining about my pain & they scheduled to see me on Thursday, Feb 14th at 10:30am. As soon as I was seen, the doctor apparently didn't even know that I was going in for pain. The assistant had to tell her as she was getting ready to perform another procedure on me. She took a look in my mouth (which was hard to open), started rubbing it while putting something to numb it and told me right away that she was recommending me to see a surgeon to pull my tooth out & that she would prescribe be amoxicillin. (I don't take MEDICINE). I'm sad because of the lack on empathy that they even have for me there. It's like she was desensitized and didn't even care about the stress she put me through. The Dentist kept going back and forth when I asked her why she touched the tooth to begin with. I didn't have any pain... & she said that the tooth wasn't salvable, but that she tried to save it because I SAID SO... like if I demanded her to save my tooth. Mind you, all I needed was a fill in. When she drilled my tooth she had a hard time with my mouth being open because I was so tense, but she kept drilling anyways... even though I did warn her. So I'm her defense she tells me that she knew that my tooth needed to be extracted to begin with, but that she was doing me a favor by trying to save it even though she also argues that is WASN'T SALVABLE... extremely confusing right? At this point I'm confused and in a lot of freaking pain. I have work, school, an infant and I'm currently pregnant. It's hard for me to work around everything now that I have this extra added stress. I am a very easy to work with person & I don't usually write reviews, but my experience here has caused me pain. I wish they could have at least showed a bit of sympathy, but they didn't. The Dentist told me that pregnant people get their tooth pulled all the time and that she prescribes amoxicillin to pregnant woman a lot... basically she messed my mouth up and has alternatives for me to just get over it. I have feelings, I'm a human not an experimental lab rat. I wish I could give this place no stars, but Beth was actually very great at her job. Now I hope to naturally get rid of this infection & be normal again soon. I will not be returning to this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I give them 5 stars for promptness with my appointment I get called back 5 mins after check in . They offer me services such as implants but their not pushy like some dentists. Very efficient Hygienists they get me in and out for my cleanings . Very kid friendly as well me and my 2 kids were in and out in less then hour ! This place has a made my life a living hell, i went to get 2 teeth extracted. The dentist there didnt give me any instructions jus told me to rinse wit saltwater the next day and a script for pain pill. He didnt give any antibiotics which caused me to have an infection. I go back to him & he tells me my gums are green then gives me antibiotics & say i should be fine but im not! read more

I do not recommend this place for anyone! I have been a patient there all my life since i was a child and it took 6 months to get an appointment after covid for my two sons and myself. Two days before our appointment they called to say only two of us could come because my other son does not show his insurance is valid. I told the woman his insurance is valid and i will call the insurance company and call her back. The insurance company said there is no problem on their end and they are showing him effective. I called them back and they said it still doesn't show that on their end and until it does they will not see him. I then suggested we call insurance company to verify because my son has a toothache and has been waiting for this appointment, she said they will not call and its my problem now to get it straightened out with the computer glitch. I then was upset and told her that is BULL and she said i was being rude by saying that and i said i was not being rude to her directly but its just bull that they are treating us this way and i hung up. She called me right back and said because I hung up that she is cancelling all 3 of our appointments!!! I Will NEVER go back there and was treated horribly! They do not care about you or your needs, didn't try to help or resolve anything! Its your problem if they have a glitch in their computer system! Insurance said there no problem on their end and now my kid still has a toothache and have to find another dentist! They just lost all my families business including parents, cousins, etc. About 20 of us went there but no more, VERY RUDE! read more

They dont even deserve one star. i went in for a cap after a root canal. i have partials of my 2 front teeth. the dentist was adjusting my partials and broke the hooks off of my partials. To make a long story short, they said they would repair them and would take 1 day so i left my partials and came back the next day and was told they were broken so badly that they need sent off for 2 weeks meaning i would have no front teeth for 2 weeks. they said if i want teeth while waiting for 2 weeks i would have to pay out of my pocket even though the dentist was the one who broke my partials. so if u have partials or dentures dont go there because if they get broken this is what happens! They dont care about their patients all they care about is money. my insurance company called them and explained to them that i am on government insurance that i cant afford to pay for my partials and dentists response was "just because she is on medicaid does not mean she cant afford it". Worst unproffessional business i have ever seen in my life! read more

I went in for dentures and they put the goo in my mouth, etc. I've never had this done before. I waited for weeks and called them. They told me I was never there before and that I needed an appointment to be fitted for dentures. (Basically, they told me I was lying). I went in again. It took several more weeks and I never heard from them and so I called them. They told me once again I was never there before and to make an appointment. I gave them my nickname AND my legal name (and both were on the paperwork). In all it took over 2 years!!! The manager, I believe it was, was a real b*! A person can only have so much patience and mine had run out! I paid $800 out of pocket for some crap dentures that have NEVER fit. When I called they seemed to have an "attitude" before they even knew who I was.... so I'm sure they have caller ID and a lot of "notes" in their software. I am a customer! I was treated rudely each and every time before I even spoke. Poor excuse for a "business". I went to Hudec Dental and was treated like a queen there from the get-go. read more

i've been a pateint for 30 years and have had great care at reasonable prices. i loved dr. lonardo and now dr. nassif is doing a wonderful job for me. i've had other dentists at this practice and they have all been good dentists. as for the rest of the office it has a family atmosphere and the hygienist should be cloned so everyone could have such loving care. read more
