I've used Bailey a few times over the years to have sparkling clean windows and boy did they need cleaning after this winter! May 19, 2017 - Steve came out and did an amazing job cleaning the inside, outside and all the screens and they're still sparkling! I have mirrored closet doors and he cleaned them while he was here for a nominal extra (highly worth it so I don't have to do it myself! lol) While he was here, I obtained an estimate to pressure wash my driveway and back patio and booked. :) Steve is very personable and efficient..Can't recommend this team enough!! **won't let me do a separate review for pressure washing, so here it is: June 2, 2017 - Steve brought Daniel with him to clean up my grimy, dull & wintered cement (since we're no longer in a drought...4 years of grime!) Daniel did a great job of my driveway and Steve took care of my back patio, spa pad and a few stepping stones. Didn't take them long to have the cement in my cement showing again! The only minor thing, which I didn't notice till after they left, was all the dirt runoff from the driveway was still on the sidewalk and covered my street numbers. It actually rained a week later and cleaned it up. Do Not let this deter you from using them. I really recommend them and will use them again! read more

My husband initially contacted Bailey Boys a few months ago inquiring about window washing and was quoted a reasonable price; unfortunately he got busy and never scheduled. Knowing we had a few vacation days this week, I contacted Bailey Boys myself via Yelp to schedule an appointment to have the windows washed; inside and out, including the screens in our 1250 sq. ft. home. I got a response very quickly (within minutes). Ronda wrote me back and asked for my number and she called me immediately. I was able to set something up for Monday 8/14 between 8-9am. Sure enough, the gentleman arrived promptly Monday morning and got right to work. They were very friendly and quick but extremely thorough. I initially told Ronda that we had a few windows we weren't going to have cleaned on the inside due to furniture in front of them... the gentleman worked around the furniture, while being careful of our belongings and did a FANTASTIC job. I've used Bailey Boys for years to clean my windows and they always do a great job. This time was no different. They were polite, efficient and asked if I'd had my windows done last year. When I said yes, they pointed out where one of my screens had been dented from being pryed out the prior time. I had noticed it recently and wondered how it had been bent. They showed me how the pull tab was missing and a tool was used to pry it out and shoved back in place. They took it back with them to repair. I really appreciate them going above and beyond and especially to let me know. Also showed me where a couple of my windows are starting to lose their dual pane seal and suggested calling the company. The windows are from 2005 and I wouldn't have thought of calling. Turns out the window installer is out of business, but they are old now and know what to watch for in case it gets worse. Found Bailey Boys via Google search and Yelp. Thanks to fellow Yelpers, I decided to contact the company and get pricing to have gutters cleaned and a few cracks sealed on a two story. Rhonda answered the call and was very helpful answering questions, providing pricing, and scheduling an appointment two days out. I was told Rob and a team member would arrive between 11a-12p since they had another job nearby. Simple as can be. At 10:30a the doorbell rang. Rob and Daniil made great first impressions. Rob outlined the process and what to expect from cleaning to clean-up. In approx 1 hour my roof was clean, my gutters were clean, and the cracks were sealed. I was impressed that what came off the roof and out of gutters was cleaned up as promised. Could not find a trace after they left. Reasonable pricing and great service deserves a Yelp review. Bailey Boys Services came to clean the windows of my brand new home. One year here, and a lot of construction to finish newer homes, very, very dirty windows. I called Bailey Boys and made the appointment. I'm sitting now and looking out clear, clear glass windows, and they are all beautiful! My garage windows now allow light like I've never seen. No moving of furniture, no cleaning up after them, they touched nothing near the windows and even did leveled stair case windows together! Right after doing my windows I took them to my parent's home (much bigger than mine), and wow, wow, amazing!! They are fast as ever, so efficient, just amazing! I really applaud this company for their politeness and effectiveness. We just recently moved into a new home and needed a good window washing and track cleaning. They came here on time (which a lot of these type of services never do), and knocked on the door. They asked for permission to go around the house and they gave us a sum before they did the service. After they finished on the outside they knocked again. And in observance of our shoeless feet, without even asking they took off their shoes as well (that's awesome that they respected our customs even though they didn't have to). They got started and finished our house in less than 2 hours. Our house is pretty large with a LOT of windows. They were always very polite when you would talk to them or if they would pass you on the stairs. Overall they did a wonderful job and had wonderful manners. read more

I called the Bailey Boys for a gutter cleaning job on our two story house. The gutter cleaning was long overdue as we had gutter issues when it rained and I was not about to do the job as our roof line is very high. I called other other gutter cleaning service companies and they were either not available to do the work, unprofessional over the phone, or very expensive. The Bailey Boys were professional, very accommodating with my schedule, and reasonably priced. The Bailey Boys came out right away. They were punctual, efficient, reasonably priced, and thorough. After getting a referral from my next door neighbor, who gave a glowing recommendation, I decided to use them to wash the windows (inside and out), clean the screens and clean the window tracks. When I called I encountered a very professional organization. I was given a clear and complete explanation of what the service would likely cost, what services they could provide and when they would be able to do the job. The crew showed up on time and got immediately to work. They normally send a crew of two to do a job my size, but I was fortunate that they sent five people (Jake, Tony, Sam, Scott and Billy). I want to thank Rob and Kelly for the excellent job they did in cleaning my second story gutters. yesterday. They arrived on time very courteous and professional. I told them them 3 out of the 4 gutters completely plugged and that they would have to remove gutter guards to complete the job. They said no problem and within 30 minutes had 2 of the 4 gutters cleaned. The last two gutters more of a challenge as one of then had numerous angles and acorns in the drain. They finished the job in less than 90 minutes. They also blew all the leaves and the debris off the roof and power washed the sidewalks and down spouts. They called 10 mins. before arrival to let us know they would be here, which was exactly on time. The 2 young men where courteous, respectful of our home and pet! Did a wonderful, thorough job and while making small talk with one of the young men learned it was only his 5th day on the job, and I was immediately impressed as he spoke of the training he had received from Bailey Boys before starting in homes. Bailey Boys is on my annual list for window washing and power washing. They were here yesterday. My windows just shine today. It makes me feel good to just look at them, let alone look out of them. I couldn't be more pleased. I had my patio's slatted ceiling power washed. It had become dirty over the winter, and the slats are refreshingly white once again. Bailey Boys also power washed the flagstone and outdoor furniture. They are so clean once again! They were happy to move the patio furniture and the potted plants first and then put them back again. I messaged this company through Yelp and they responded immediately. Scheduled a gutter cleaning about 10 days after initially contacting them (which I thought was great given it is fall and the rain had already started). They arrived about an hour before their appointment time, were polite, and very organized. They completed the gutter and downspout cleaning in a timely fashion and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Brad even took a video of a dysfunctional downspout that needs replacing and showed it to me so I could understand more about the problem. EXCELLENT SERVICE from Bailey Boys! We had Chase and Mason come by and wash our windows in our two-story home inside and out in less than two hours. My husband works at home and they were circumspect in working around us while we were home. They did a TERRIFIC job on our windows!!! We have had Bailey Brothers out before to clean our gutters. If you need your windows washed this is the go to place. Not only were the windows including large patio doors cleaned to sparkling perfect, Steve and Josh also cleaned the ceiling fans/light fixtures , large sliding mirror doors, bathroom mirrors, and the fireplace glass doors which now look brand new! They also cleaned all screens and tracks and a hallway mirror. They were on time, polite and very conscientious of doing a good job.
