Adam and Dylan came out Monday, November 12 and did a fantastic job on my windows and gutters. They got on the roof and blew all of the leaves and branches off of the roof before they emptied the gutters. I had my windows cleaned by Bailey Boys, my initial contact was made by Yelp, and after knowing the value of the service, the date was scheduled by phone, where I warned that on that day I would have an appointment, and they could not delay. On the day they called to tell me they would be late and I said I did not want the service anymore, but they came anyway, then I let them do the service, and my husband, who also had things to do, had to stay home until they finished the inside part. Before starting the service they told me that they would not clean some windows on the second floor, because they would not have access because of the porch, I said that the cleaning company that I had last year also cleaned these windows, after that Ronda called me and she said it would not be safe for the boys and so I accepted. But when I got home I discovered that they did not clean other high windows in my dining and living room, nor did they clean the tracks, which had been promised. They did not even ask me if I liked the service, they just called to charge me, so I would not call them again to do this service. read more

Recently I've had the tracks done and carpet stairs cleaned, I've been very happy with their service. We'd never had our windows professionally washed, so the upstairs windows were particularly dirty after 20 years. These guys were incredibly thorough both inside and out, as well as doing the screens. This was well worth the money for the time they took cleaning all of the windows in our two story house. Actually, this review is 4.5 stars but I'm rounding up. We were in the process of moving from our 3000 sf two-story house & needed pretty extensive cleaning, including an all-glass sunroom. The representative who came for the estimate was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was surprised at the range of services they provide: not only windows/glass but also flooring/tile, ceiling fans and lights and powerwashing (and probably more). They do not do marble floors but gave us a great referral to an excellent marble specialist. We had some issues with rescheduling due to our moving schedule and they tried to be as flexible as possible given their own scheduling constraints. There were some issues with the work requested (my husband had to call their office while they were there to clarify, but once clarified all went well). The windows and pavement (powerwash) turned out fantastic. The carpets were spotless and the tile/grout looked brand new! The only caveats were 1) the glass sunroom roof still had some residual smudges (perhaps because this was the roof and they didn't want to break anything, not sure) and 2) they left one of the upstairs screens off and we had to call them to return & install, which they did promptly. I would definitely use Bailey Boys again. read more

Bailey Boys came out today to power wash our front patio, rear patio, pool deck, spa deck, and stairs leading up to our terraced backyard. They did a fabulous job. Our rear tile patio has a light colored yellow grout and is 15 years old. They got the grout back to its original color! Our stepping stones around the pool had moss growing on them and were stained dark from the mud run off from our terraced back yard - they got these back to their original, light color too, and removed the moss. Took just a couple of hours, and we are super impressed with the quality of the work and felt we got great value for the $375 spent as we have a very large rear yard. read more

We were getting our home ready for listing to sell and the photographer was coming on Saturday morning. We scheduled window washing with a competing service to arrive Thursday at noon. When the window washer arrived, he determined that our windows were "dirty" and changed the price of the service thinking we were caught in a tough spot and would simply pay the higher price. I immediately sent him away. Now, with only two days before the photographer would arrive, I had to scramble to get the windows washed on short notice. I called several washing services and all were too busy. When I spoke with Ronda at Bailey Boys, they were also booked solid... but this was different. She didn't just say no. Ronda polled all of her service techs until she found Steve who was willing to do the work outside of office hours. The agreement was that Steve would come on Friday evening after work to start the job and then return before 7am on Saturday to finish it before the photographer arrives. Long story short, Steve found some time to arrive a couple of hours early on Friday and finished the job before 7pm. He did an excellent job on our windows and discovered one of the windows had fogged up. When he showed me this window, he told the name of the manufacturer and advised that this window has a lifetime warranty and THEN he worked with me as I filed a warranty claim on the manufacturer's web site AND showed me how to replace the window myself when the replacement arrives! THAT, good people, is excellent service! Thanks to the fair price and these two (Ronda and Steve) employees' excellent service, we will definitely be calling Bailey Boys to service our future house. read more

The Bailey Boys are the best! I have used a few other companies in the past like S&J or Squeaky Clean but wasn't very pleased. It was a completely different story for these guys. I was impressed from the first phone call all the way until the time the guys finished the job. Ronda, who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and got me an appointment at the time that worked for me and gave me an estimate for how much it would cost. She called a few days before my appointment to confirm and remind me that they would be coming. Brad and Robbie showed up right on time then walked around the outside of my house to give me the exact price which was within their estimate and was less than the other companies I have used. They started with the gutters. They blew off all of the leaves on my roof and then scooped everything in the gutters and made sure the down spouts were clear by flushing them with water. When they were done they raked up all of the leaves they blew to the ground and left my yard looking cleaner than before. They quickly finished my windows on the outside then they took their shoes off and carefully brought their ladders inside to do my tall windows. Now my windows look perfect, I can barely tell they're there! I will definitely be using these guys again, they are truly a 5 star company. read more

It is a rare pleasure for me to write a fantastic review to a wonderful company! The Baily Boy's earned my praise this week with their window washing and blind cleaning service. Two guys arrived on time (a big plus right there). They started out by washing the outside of all of our windows (this is a big two story house with lots of windows). They took off all the screens and totally cleaned the screens. They then did the inside and finished by cleaning the blinds on all of our windows. These guys worked non-stop for over 4 hours! I watched what they were doing and how they went about cleaning the windows and the blinds. They were superb. Their attention to detail was way beyond my expectations! There wasn't a speck of dirt left on any window or blind. They were neat, clean, polite, you couldn't ask for a better crew or better job than what these guys did for us! Then the price! Totally reasonable. Considering that I had two guys working hard non-stop in 106 degree weather the price was amazingly reasonable! Once again FANTASTIC Job! There are some companies that claim to be cheaper, but in this case you get what you pay for and the Bailey Boy's are very competitive to the not so great companies! Had a great experience with Bailey Boys Services. They power washed and cleaned the windows in our home. They were careful to not damage anything when power washing as the home is old. They even blew the driveway and patio for me. The house looks great and everyone was friendly and helpful. I asked for an advance phone call as to when they would arrive so I could run over from work. They gave me plenty of warning and after I let them in the house I went back to work.
