I attempted to purchase a used car from this dealership. I was given a purchase agreement which I…read moresigned and sent in. Later on I was given wire fund details on where to send the money and then I'd have to continue with other contracts. I received a call afterwards saying they actually sold the car to someone else. Thankfully I hadn't wired the money over yet, but it was a breach of contract and I just don't care enough to bring them to court and fight for the small amount of time I wasted. I do not trust this dealership and would be very careful on what you're signing and who is asking for what.

We had an agreement to buy a truck from them, completed and paid for a pre-buy inspection at a local mechanic, had an approved loan from our bank, and were waiting for the bank to send Westbridge a check. We had an explicit agreement that Westbridge that they would give us right of first refusal if anyone came in to buy the truck before our bank sent the check. After spending all day on the phone leaving unreturned messages for Aaron, Westbridge's owner, and with our bank, trying to find out why they hadn't sent the check yet (as it turns out, it's because Westbridge's name wasn't on the title, and the bank thought that was fishy), we were on our way to Westbridge to offer to just pay cash and pick up the truck. On our way, we received a text from Westbridge that they had sold the vehicle this morning. Not only was this interaction incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, but we're out the money for the inspection, and all the time, money, and hassle of canceling the commitments with our mechanic, camper installer, and lodging reservations for this weekend. We wouldn't have made these plans had we not had a deal in place...lesson learned, I guess: you can't count on used card dealers after all.

When it came time to make our purchase, Christina was very kind and patient. The shop was clean and inviting. The bathroom was also nice. I feel like these details are very important and I have been to many small dealerships in which I haven't even wanted to sit down due to the filth. April 19th 2018. I…read moredrove up to test drive a 2018 Impala Premier which was advertised on their website with a 'Think Young Price of 20% off the MSRP. I got up there and Dominic was very nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. I had some other appointments with other dealerships in the area so left after my test drive before talking numbers. After thinking things over, I decided to give Dominic a call and go in to get the numbers on paper. I was pretty well intentioned to buy at this point. When I got back, Dominic apologized and told me that the advertised pricing was for last month. (It's 19 days into the new month by the way, Young Chevy). I met his manager and realized that this little tactic stemmed from him not Dominic, They test drove my car to get a trade in appraisal and offered me $400 less than 3 other dealerships had offered that same day. What's worse, they kept the keys away from me in the manager's office (So I couldn't just leave). I expressed that I wasn't happy about this 20% off being last month's deal. They came in with a number much higher than advertised obviously and at this point I just wanted to leave. They kept saying they would work with me to get the best deal. But I was done. I went into the manager's office to get my keys and he started arguing with me about him trying to get me the best deal. I asked for my keys three times before they gave them to me. I was really ready to buy but this dumb tactic backfired and I left pissed. Dominic was awesome though.
