I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

Appointment Meant Nothing, Poor Customer Service…read more I scheduled an appointment at Young Ford in Ogden for a simple oil change and arrived early, thinking that having an appointment and showing up ahead of time would help me get in and out quickly on a Friday. Instead, after waiting 45 minutes, my vehicle had not even been moved. I finally approached the service counter to ask for an update and was told it would be another two hours before my oil change could be completed. What was most disappointing was not the delay itself. It was the way the situation was handled. When I asked whether that timeline applied even with a scheduled appointment for a routine oil change, the staff were dismissive, disrespectful, and condescending. Rather than offering an explanation or showing any concern for my time, I was made to feel like I was the problem for asking a reasonable question. I understand that service departments can get busy and that unexpected delays happen. However, appointments should mean something, and customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Young Ford, nor will I recommend them to friends or family. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers' time and know how to communicate respectfully when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here with Jared or Lyle.

I went to the service department for that is where I felt my 25 year old car would get the proper service being as old as it is. After a day of being diagnosed, I was called by my advisor and told that the car needed a new fuel pump and filter. He then said that GM no longer supported my car with the parts. Then he proceeded to tell me that it was available from a aftermarket vendor. I told him to go for it, he told me that it would take a couple of days before they were going to have the parts. I informed him I didn't care how long it was going to take because I do not use it on a daily basis. Like Mike said, the part arrived on time and they then put it in my car. I personally could not be happier with the way things went! The car was returned, I left the dealership with the thought that if it was going to need any future repairs that I would definitely be taking it back for service @ John Watson Chevy for assistance do to the age it is! I will give the service department and all of the advisors, mechanics, even the shuttle crew member high 5's for the way that they handle the situation from beginning to end!! Thanks for listening.
