The restaurant itself was really clean despite the lunch rush just having gone through. So we were really impressed with the tables being kept up after the lunch rush and the chairs were comfortable as well. The prices are fair especially with how good the food is. Even our family friend who is notoriously picky was impressed by the food. One downside was that it was difficult to understand the lady behind the counter however we were able to order by pointing to what we wanted. One of the meals we got we aren't sure exactly what it was, as we pointed to something someone else had gotten. Our friend got the chicken quesadilla and she said it was really good. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the guacamole. It was a bit thin and bland. We went based on a recommendation of a coworker who said they had three tacos for $9.99 as part of a meal and they said they were so good and it was a really great value which is why we went there. We definitely weren't disappointed and plan on returning.

Anyway, the refried beans are sometimes fried and vegetable oil, sometimes fried and lard. The day that I ordered mine, well all week they had been fried and lard which makes them not vegetarian. When you stop consuming those types of animal byproducts your stomach doesn't know how to digest them so I had this food and my body immediately was like what's going on and sure enough trying to reject it. Somebody who has Alpha Gal syndrome like I mentioned earlier can get super sick from this, like it could have serious detrimental effect on them.

My GF and I are all about trying new places and cuisine from all walks of life. We're sitting here one day looking for places on DoorDash. The first thing that caught my eye was a smaller menu. Which is usually a good sign because that means they're really specialized on the meals they do make which was totally the case with Rincon Latino. The food was fantastic. The pulled pork and stewed chicken were cooked perfectly. Great flavors. The red beans and white rice I can't get enough of. So after ordering about six or seven times from DoorDash we decided this past weekend to officially go to the restaurant and man it could have not been more amazing and entertaining. For our first Yelp experience we pull up to the building and the restaurant is inside a convenience store/ butcher that's also connected to a tire shop. . There is only a few tables and 2 to 3 people working the kitchen. We immediately told the young lady working the store and on the kitchen how much we have loved their food. She seemed surprised and humbled but also very appreciative. So this time we ordered the tacos the papuas and a bowl beef and vegetable soup that they only serve on the weekends.
