She answered every question I had- and was very informative on useful information. Dr. P was able to schedule my next appointment with her right at the computer in the room. I absolutely love that, as it saved so much time not having to wait to check out at the front. I was able to walk right out! They have a website with cool features, like scheduling appointments. I would love to give them 5 stars, but initially when trying to schedule an appointment there were a few communication issues. He needed some medication because of his chronic lower back pain that he has had for a long time now. Once before, he was prescribed a narcotic medication from them that actually helped ease the pain he has been suffering with. We were told today that they are not able to prescribe any type of medication like that to him anymore. The female doctor we saw, had kind of a smirk on her face when she told us the bad news, like she really didn't care. And okay, so it's bad news that they couldn't help us. But the fact that we had to make a $72 payment before seeing the doctor, it makes it feel like we were robbed, especially because we were maybe seen for 2 minutes at most. We had no idea that they couldn't prescribe this type of medication more than once.I feel that they should have this information displayed or atleast run by the patient for review before you make the payment. If we would have known this information beforehand, we wouldn't have handed over money that we really don't have to spend. Also they don't seem to get to know their patients very well on either side of the building. They had his medical information in the system but the service was always so rushed. Honestly I feel we would have been better off going to the emergency room instead of AspireCARE, but you know, don't have the money. We are never going to this doctor's office again!

The person on the phone told me that Dr. Williams was an acupuncturist, that I would have to set up an appointment and explained the cost of each appointment. I'm familiar with acupuncture but also explained that i wanted to make sure she is skilled in chinese herbs and nutrition. The person on the phone then brashly told me that "WE DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ON HERBS"! Wow, I've had a long career in the health care industry and this is the first time I've ever heard anyone representing a medical professional (Dr. Williams is an MD) actually tell the potential patient that THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY! I asked for the person's name and found out it is Jared and that he is part owner of the practice. To me, that says it all about this operation and their motivation. It started with a letter telling me Dr. Chotiner left. Then I went to see a new eye doctor there, who I liked, and would continue seeing, but at the end of the appointment, she told me that she was leaving and she just got there. For other members of my family, they have had appointment after appointment after appointment for the same thing and each time they go to an appointment the person acts like they have no idea why they are there and tells them to return in 2 to 3 weeks. My one daughter is getting contact lenses and she's been back three times already because they can't remember why she's there each time and they only give her a limited supply and tell her to come back in two weeks. They gave her 4 pairs only and told her to wear them each day, but they're single use only. It seems like it's just a for-profit, assembly line anymore. Will likely look elsewhere for eye care moving forward, as I have limited trust in the providers.
