I'm from out of town and was charged with ordering the cake. This was the 2nd bakery I called; the first bakery flatly declined my request. Let me explain. Most bakeries want 2 weeks notice for a custom cake. I called 9 days prior and the owner answered the phone, walked me through the order and accommodated my request. I ordered a coconut 6" layered Gender Reveal cake and it was PERFECT. Now my mommy-to-be friend will have a wonderful bakery from which to order future occasion cakes.

The owner of the business also worked with me on decorations. It was one woman in the bakery that came from the back. She was somewhat pleasant, and she was polite in answering my questions. I ordered a few different items to try with my family, such as a cinnamon sugar donut, pistachio cake, oatmeal raisin cookie, and a chocolate chip cookie. I also ordered a pound cake. I really tried to keep an open mind.  The best tasting of everything I listed was the pistachio cake. It had a decent flavor and was moist. Everything else was a bit different for me or not as moist as I would have liked. There are so many different options and I believe they serve lunch. It definitely looks like an amazing local establishment. I would say definitely try this spot for yourself and see what fits.
