The location is a very comfy setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. The kitchen is wide open so you can see the great work being done for each pie and the menu is filled other delicious options if you aren't in the mood for pizza. In additional to all this, Baled also has a very well stocked little bar with choice options on tap and TV's broadcasting anything you want. The staff are all friendly and routinely check on you to ensure you are served well. The best aspect of Baked, as it should be, is the delicious taste and quality of the food. All pies are baked with a high level QC and always satisfy. Finally, a pizza place that taste like home. Being from New Haven, CT, I have high standards for pizza. So far, nothing in North Carolina, even comes close. UNTIL NOW!! I drove past this place and thought on my way back. I've got to check them out. There is a nice front porch that's covered if you wanted to eat outside. Today was 90° and I chose to take my pizza home with me. Walking up to the counter to place my order , I was greeted by a young lady. No smile or normal southern interaction. She told me my pizza would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I sat out in the dining room while I waited, and I think it was maybe 10 minutes before my pizza was ready. So fast! I noticed that the patrons that were eating inside, were busing their own tables and refilling their own drinks. I did see a help wanted sign as I walked in. The dining room tables that were not occupied, were dirty and needed to be wiped down. The crust was thin and it had just the right amount of flop. The sauce was tangy and had really good flavors. There was just enough cheese not too much not too little. Overall a very very good pizza. This will now be my go to if I need a pizza fix read more

We went around 3pm on a Friday and were the only ones there. The woman working there was very friendly and greeted us at the door. It looked like there was a pretty nice bar area, but it was closed when we went through. They do have bathrooms but you have to walk outside and behind the building to get to them. We ordered the fried Mac & cheese and the House size Meat pizza. The fried Mac and cheese was gone so quick I didn't even get to take a picture. They were delicious and even better with ranch. The house size was way bigger than we expected and fed all five of us with some left over. I'm very interested to see what the place is like at night! read more

Kendra always greets me with a smile and is so kind everytime I come back. I love the aesthetic of the interior as well! My family and I dined here tonight (they order from here pretty regularly, and whenever I'm in town we dine in at Baked) and this was the first time I've ever been truly disgusted with the wait service. Our waitress (tattoo on side of head) was forgetful, spacey, and clearly messed up on something. I ordered a beer that I never got and was still charged for. It took about 10 minutes just to get our waters and teas. Our pizza was cold by the time it came out. The table next to us had to repeatedly ask her for straws. She tried to give us food that wasn't ours (you took our order?? How do you not know! The kicker is that the food belonged to the table next to us, who she also took their order.) Had to go up to the cashier to ask for another beer and took another 10 minutes for the waitress to bring it because they were just hanging out in the back talking and joking. Honestly it's a shame, I really want this place to be good but it seems like the staff really don't care about your business. Walking into this restaurant I was a little hesitant of what I was walking into but let me tell you they impressed! As an appetizer we got fried ravioli and loaded fries, both were great! For dinner I got fettuccine which was also yummy! My family got a grilled chicken wrap, a spinach roll, a caprese salad and Stromboli. Everything was yummy and the portions were GREAT for the price. So, I ordered delivery to the Hampton Inn and it arrived quickly with a very nice delivery guy. The food is really yummy! ThE waffle fries with ranch are amazing. The ranch has to be homemade cause it's so good. The sub is HUGE!! And the garlic knots were only $1.25.
