I have now gone to her several times for teeth cleaning, and have also had three fillings done by Dr. Jessica Gibbs. When it came time to have my teethed filled, I was very nervous, but as soon as I got in the chair and she began the procedure, she did a very good job at keeping me calm. Not only that, she had a very gentle way about her, and I didn't feel a single thing -- believe it or not, I didn't even get a shot of novocaine! I ended up trusting her and getting the veneers done which cost me around $13,000. Immediately when I saw them I was in shock from how horrible they looked. They were huge, so bulky, and super opaque, they looked comical. I had these for a year now and ever since I got them my gums were so inflamed and turning gray. I've been in constant pain, and had to get them fixed multiple times by them, but they were never fixed correctly. On top of this, I knew they werent sealed right because I always had a foul taste in my mouth from them and also felt them clicking in and out of place all the time. I brought these concerns up many times and it was never addressed properly. I finally am in the care of an amazing specialist who fixed me up! But he showed me scans of all the work shes done on my mouth and my jaw was dropped. None of the veneers were sealed and he said if i didnt get them fixed, my teeth would have all rotted out. He also pointed out a crown she did on me that was also done incorrectly and needs fixing. I reached out to her about her MALPRACTICE and for a refund to which she rudely declined. Save your money and do NOT give these scammers a dime.

Totally professional yet measured, thoughtful, and genuinely empathetic. No pain whatsoever. He personally called on the holiday weekend to check in on me.
