Unfortunately I'm going to have to piggyback some of the other reviews based on the scheduling issues they continue to have. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The office itself and the staff are wonderful! I have 2 kiddos with autism and they are incredibly caring and patient with them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My daughter loves coming here, and the mini arcade is a wonderful addition for antsy kids... But when the waiting room is full of kids, there aren't enough arcade games for everyone, and you are sitting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time waiting to be called, it completely overshadows all the good about this place. There often aren't enough seats for people to sit leaving many families standing or leaning against the walls. I myself had to sit at the kids table that they have in the lobby just to get off my feet for a second after standing for over 30 minutes. And the craziest thing is a few times, I have been asked to reschedule things because of what they "didn't have time for" despite my appointment being scheduled by them months in advance. I'm sorry, but if I've already had to rearrange my schedule because you're running behind, we're doing this TODAY. The audacity! And this isn't a one off experience, this happens every single time I have an appointment. I have began to just anticipate canceling any other things that I have planned because I always end up being ridiculously late. Trying to get the kids to school after the appointment? Probably not! Simple things like cleanings can take a 3 hour chunk out of your day. Again, great once you actually get seen, but I'd advise you to plan on sitting here for a while. Bring tablets. read more

This us the second time we had an amazing appointment with Baker Pediatric Dental Care. We just moved to the area in March and my 6 yr old Trew Grace had a baby tooth that was not budging. We called and they took us the very next day. The team and office was fast, efficient kind and clean. Fast forward to her bery first cleaning and at the new location WOW!! Same amazing service, same efficiency but in a large super inviting environment a kids dental paradise. My daughter was so excited to see her favorite game Ms. Pac Man lol like at Chuckee Cheese she seriously had a great time after her cleaning. She truly enjoyed the decor within the dental areas and the TV's around showing Angry Birds. Definitely a 10/10 experience at both locations. We selected this office due to its high reviews and proximity, but our experience did not meet basic expectations for a pediatric cleaning. At the first visit, three of my children were seen. The cleanings were completed very quickly and no flossing was performed. When I asked, I was told flossing is not always done if a scaler is used. After we got home, I was still able to remove visible debris from a tooth, which raised concerns about the quality of the cleaning. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted the office and was offered a complimentary re-cleaning with the owner/dentist, so I rearranged my schedule to return.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, we were again seen by the same hygienist and were never evaluated by the owner/dentist as promised.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Flossing was still not done despite a note in the chart requesting it. We had originally found this office a few years ago and they were great. We've been going to Dr. Baker's wife's office for the past year and she is amazing and her staff is amazing.
