[[HIGHLIGHT]]I was disappointed with our visit today.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While the staff has always been friendly and the office itself is nice, the scheduling process continues to be an issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our appointment was at 9:30 a.m., but we waited about 45 minutes in the lobby before being called back. My child's cleaning didn't actually begin until around 10:20 a.m., nearly an hour after our scheduled appointment. After that, we still had to wait for the doctor, and by the time we left it was around 11:00 a.m., which made me late for work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It seems like the office regularly overbooks appointments.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Every room was full, and the waiting area was crowded. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but this seems to be a recurring issue. I hope they consider spacing appointments out better or adding more seating in the lobby to make the experience more comfortable for families. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, it's a good office with caring staff, but I would recommend leaving plenty of extra time if you have work or other commitments after your appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've been bringing my kiddos here since their previous location! They are always accommodating with scheduling as well as with the needs of my special needs little ones! Highly recommend!

My daughters have been visiting this office since we moved to the area about 3 years ago. The care and professionalism in a pediatric dental office and team is evident. I have absolutely no complaints and welcome the smiling faces from the dental techs and office staff. I trust their recommendations and know that my girls are getting the best care. Their new office look amazing and is huge!

She had no idea I was taking pictures lol

This us the second time we had an amazing appointment with Baker Pediatric Dental Care. We just moved to the area in March and my 6 yr old Trew Grace had a baby tooth that was not budging. We called and they took us the very next day. The team and office was fast, efficient kind and clean. Fast forward to her bery first cleaning and at the new location WOW!! Same amazing service, same efficiency but in a large super inviting environment a kids dental paradise. My daughter was so excited to see her favorite game Ms. Pac Man lol like at Chuckee Cheese she seriously had a great time after her cleaning. She truly enjoyed the decor within the dental areas and the TV's around showing Angry Birds. Definitely a 10/10 experience at both locations. I wish they took care of adults because we need a little fun too lol. Thank you all for being fantastic.

My son has been going to Dr. Baker for over 5 years. He's the most kindest dentist in the area. He has a very kid friendly dentistry that makes your kid look forward to going to the dentist. A treasure chest after visit and arcades. Not to mention the staff and dentistry is top notch! If you're looking for a pediatric dentist. Look no further.

The office staff are wonderful and super helpful. The DR here is super honest unlike our old dentist. I couldn't be happier with them. They are great with kids. And again the honesty is so much appreciated, unlike other dentist where they told us my child had multiple cavities when in fact she only had one. They also just moved offices and the play area is amazing!! 5/5 from this mama!

They took good care of my son and advised me of what could be done for his front teeth as well they did a cleaning and took x-rays. I was informed that my son's teeth were ok, as every kid he needed to brush better and floss. They informed us that he had 1 surface cavity however it did not need treatment for now. It would be reevaluated at the next appointment. Unfortunately due to scheduling, that appointment got changed several times. In the mean time, my son's mother, decided she wanted to take him to the dentist in her area. At that moment, I called MKD to remind my self what needed to be done and when was his next appointment. I was told the same exact tratement needed to be done as I was told when I went in February. A day later, moms dentist sent MKD a cavity release form as they were going to put braces on my son to fix his front teeth. MKD had quoted me for the same service back in February. They advised moms dentist that my son still had pending treatment and they could not sign the form. At that moment, I called again to MKD just to verify treatment and get it in writing to my email so that I can forward it to moms dentist. That email never came. Today moms dentist was able to get ahold of MKD to get more information on what my son needed and to see if the braces would interfere. Anisa informed moms dentist that my son needed 3 or 4 root canals and 5 fillings...let it be known, my son is 7 and his teeth are no where near that bad. This was never told to me at his February appointment, wasn't told to me when I called 2 times after the appointment. Now all of a sudden that another dentist is going to perform work that MKD quoted me on, my son's teeth have magically decayed and need the same work a 40 year old who has smoked all his life and brush his teeth twice would need. Interesting how this wasn't told to us when we went but now magically appear. This is pretty frustrating, concerning and quite disappointing as I really liked this dentist, unfortunately this caused me to cancel my future appointments with them as well as leave this review. MKD informed me that this was the doctors notes from back in February but yet can't provide me the copy of the paperwork I signed back then or can't explain as to why I was not told about these treatments back in February.

I received a written treatment plan and direct email confirmation stating that my implant procedure would result in $0 out-of-pocket costs based on combined primary and secondary insurance coverage. Relying entirely on those written representations, I proceeded with step one: an irreversible tooth extraction and prerequisite treatment. However, a major limitation affecting secondary coverage was disclosed to me only 24 hours before the scheduled implant placement--months after the irreversible extraction had already been completed. When I contacted my primary insurance directly, they confirmed in writing that the office had never actually submitted a predetermination inquiry for the implant placement, despite providing me with a written estimate showing $0 patient responsibility. Throughout this process, I reached out multiple times seeking clarification. While staff responded politely, their answers consistently focused on general estimate disclaimers rather than addressing why material insurance limitations were disclosed only after irreversible work was finished, or why a predetermination was never sent. Update: After I raised these valid concerns regarding financial disclosures, requested my complete medical records, and posted a review documenting my experience, the office abruptly sent notice terminating our doctor-patient relationship and discharged me as a patient, leaving my care incomplete mid-treatment. I am sharing this factual timeline so prospective patients are aware of the importance of independently verifying insurance predeterminations directly with their carriers before agreeing to irreversible dental procedures based on office estimates.

I was getting tired of fight the front desk ladies each time so I spoke to the office manager who finally did something about it after she "warned" me I would need to pay it in the future. Recently we found out my daughter needs an extraction for one of her molars that got infected under the tooth and I was told I would need to pay a $550 deductible with using my insurance. I was given an invoice with the list of charges and went in my way until they were able to schedule her. Days later, because it was heavy on my mind, I studied the invoice and seen there were four charges for laughing gas and four other charges for services I didn't agree to. I called to ask about the charges and I was told they were on there just in case we needed other services done down the line. It seems as though they were adding charges to send over to my insurance company to pay so I could fork over the $550 for a $93 tooth extraction even including the laughing gas, the charge would have been less than $200. These type of situations are the reason so many are tired of dealing with our health system in America. Please double check and question charges before you agree to paying ANYTHING and call your insurance companies to ask questions about the bill if you're unsure. UPDATE: come to find out we do not have deductibles on our dental and I went to Canyon Hills pediatric dentistry and only had to pay $55.
