If you are looking for an amazing dentist, Dr. House is the best. She is so kind, caring, and really attentive with each child. We have been taking our kids here since they were a year old. I love how attentive and caring they are with my kiddos. Augustine is an amazing assistant, and he always reassures my kiddos to make them feel safe and comforted during the process. I highly recommend this dental practice if you have kids. read more

Very horrible service . The dentist was very professional but the staff is ridiculously rude . Too simple if you are not happy with your job change it or if you don't get paid enough don't hurt your employer acting like you are better than customers who help you get paid !!!!! Been bringing all 3 of my kids here since we moved up from San Diego 4 years ago. Located in the Newport Commons business center along Newport Rd. Parking is ok during the daytime, but after about 3pm, it can get rough when students are out of school. The staff has been great from the get go. Always friendly and informative as far as what needs to be done for your child(ren). My kids have seen the same dentist and they have been happy with her. After they get their cleanings and check ups, she comes out and talks to me to let me know if they have any problems with their teeth. So far, no cavities for all 3 so I must be doing something right! Lol They are really good about scheduling. I have been able to bring all 3 in at the same time, and most visits, 2 of them get worked on simultaneously and then my 3rd goes in. Very convenient so I don't have to keep coming in on 3 different days. Their last visit was the only time they couldn't go in altogether due to my son's after school schedule, but now they are back on track. Will keep coming here and I highly recommend it if you're in the area. read more

If you love your child, don't allow them to be sedated here. Dr. Renzi loses his cool and becomes rough and yells at the kids if they don't cooperate. He will stuff gauze in their mouth to get them to be quiet and even pokes their collar bone very hard where it leaves bruises. As you can see in other reviews, I'm not the only one who has experienced this. He banks on the kids not remembering because they are sedated. Steer clear of this doctor- he doesn't have the patience to treat kids. read more

Highly recommend this place! Brought my daughter here for work done that was never finished and from day 1, the whole staff were very kind and sweet. Absolutely amazing! The two ladies at the front desk were always smiling and very pleased to work with. The dentist's assistant was very nice and made sure to talk me through everything that would happen for my little girl for her 1st visit. The dentist was super patient and so sweet with my daughter. I never leave bad reviews, but what happened to me yesterday was infuriating. I had made an appointment for all 3 of my kids to do a check up and a cleaning a month ago, on a day and time that worked perfectly for me, but my appointment got canceled because the dentist was sick. They didn't have anything available for an entire month, and they only had availability at a time during the day that was very inconvenient for me, where I would have to check my kids out of school early. I went ahead and made the appointment anyway, because my kids really needed a cleaning and check up. I've been taking my kids to this office for 12 years, so I figured I could work with them and was happy to do so, even though it was not convenient for me. Yesterday was the appointment at 2:30. My oldest was able to drive herself there and was right on time. My other 2 were being picked up from school by me, but the school was having a problem finding my daughter because she was in between classes, so I was stuck at the school longer than anticipated. I called the dentist office at 2:20, informing them of the situation and that I might be a little late with 2 of my kids, but that my other daughter was there and ready to get started. The receptionist informed me that if I was more than 10 minutes late, they could not help me, but that they would get started on my oldest daughter's cleaning. This rubbed me the wrong way, because my daughter was there on time. They can only clean one mouth at a time, so I didn't understand why my other two couldn't arrive a little bit after, considering the situation. But I told her we'd be there as soon as we possibly could. I rushed to the office and was there by 2:42 and they were still cleaning my oldest daughter's teeth when we arrived. I was told my other two would not be able to receive their cleanings because we were "late." I repeat: my oldest daughter was there, at the office at 2:30 and still receiving her cleaning when we arrived!!!! My other two waited for 10 minutes before they were even seen, received about a 4 minute check up, and the receptionist wanted to reschedule a time to do their cleanings. Um....No thanks. We'll be giving our money to an office that actually cares about its customers. There's no logical reason why 2 of my kids couldn't get their cleaning. Clearly, this is an office where the customer is expected to do all the accommodating and they don't have to do any. After switching around my schedule, putting off their cleanings for an entire month, going through the hassle of picking my kids up from school early all to accommodate THEM, they couldn't be bothered to accommodate me AT ALL. After 12 years of loyalty to this office, their horrible customer service is grounds for a break up. I will no longer be bringing my kids here. read more

First off my name is Chanelle not Chantelle. Second of all, My son went to my dentist and had his cavity filled with NO shot, and NO sedation just purely a skilled and respectful dentist! His exact words after the appointment "I'm glad we didn't have to go back to that mean dentist mom" those words out of a 6 year olds mouth! In those "2 1/2" years how many times did I come to the office twice?? Including this encounter. Yes I did sign that sedation would be LAST case scenario not that the "doctor" would give up after 20min and raise his voice to the patients mom. Very unprofessional. We have been seeing Dr. Renzi since 2014. I have three kids with varying dental experiences and Dr. Renzi has done a great job accommodating them all. His warm personality and goofy jokes make the kids feel comfortable. He always greets them with a friendly 'hi, hello' before diving in. He also tells the kids what he's going to do before he does it so they know what to expect and they're not surprised. My kids went from being terrified of going to the dentist to looking forward to their visits and even prepping for their visit by googling "terrible dad jokes." :) We really like the staff- Julie has been so easy to work with. My biggest complaint is; they don't see adults. It's rare to find such a great place for kids, where they're all happy and comfortable. We now drive an hour one way just to see Dr. Renzi and the staff at All Kids Dental. read more

I went with my niece to bring her son in for an exam and I was so disappointed. The staff treated my niece as if she was lower class because she didn't have "good" insurance. I asked them to just give her the prices, but I had not told them that I was going to cover all of the costs for my niece and her family's needs. The staff person gave us the price sheet and said, "I think you'd be better off going somewhere else, where they help people like you, with THAT kind of insurance." It was heartbreaking to watch my niece cry herself all the way home after being treated like dirt. We only had an exam done, which was covered, but why would anyone treat another person that way because of the amount of money they have? read more

My 6 year old has several diagnosis including Sensory Processing disorder, anxiety, OCD, and ADD stemming from trauma with her birth parents as an infant. The two appointments leading up to her procedure were great and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Renzi. The day of the procedure, everything was going well until my daughter got scared. At one point, Dr. Renzi, holding her head down with his fingers in her mouth, started yelling in her face, "I'm done with you, you don't follow directions, you are not behaving." I confronted him immediately, stating that he was aware of her anxiety the very first visit. Dr. Renzi tried to back off, stating that "sometimes it works with kids." If your child has ANY type of disorder, STEER CLEAR of this dentist. read more

Took my two children here my youngest only 5 had a fmx done come on seriously he doesn't even have all his adult teeth yet... Mind you I was not aware of the type of x rays he was getting they unfortunately don't let parents back there in x-rays. My insurance got billed for something he didn't need, which just shows that there do fraud Wich I don't take likely. Also there fees are ridiculously high, my son needed to go for a filling and in order for me to make an appointment I had to pay first out of pocket, no refundable. This is what had me questioning why if I have insurance and they know that. They like to charge for extra procedures, x-rays and service. read more

PARENTS PLEASE BE AWARE !!!!!This dentist is a scam ..I took my kids here and I walked away horrified!!! Dr told us my child needs to have a tooth pulled with sedation. Mind you he is 5 years old . They gave me the total cost which was $2800 and that my insurance only covered $1000 so I was basically left with a $1800 bill. I went to get a 2nd opinion and come to find out all my son has is a deep cavity!!!! Parents please do your research before you put your child through this kind stuff. As a mom I was devastated and appalled by the cost! This dentists office is the best!!! I called 1 hour before this office closed...on a Friday before a 3 day weekend and explained my special needs child is holding a cheek and screaming in pain. I explained my child is nonverbal (does not speak) so my child can't explain what's wrong. The lady who answered the phone said can you bring your child in right now? I said we have never been seen in your office before...she said that's ok Dr.Renzi would take a look. Brought my child down...Dr.Renzi had my child sit in my lap and lean back and God Bless him he went right into my child's mouth and was able to tell me the issues and how to handle it! He was so sweet and patient with my child...talking calmly and saying how good my child was being even though my kiddo was nervous and didn't know what was going on. My kiddo can now take meds and DOES NOT have to go under complete Sedation to get dental work...and that is because of the wonderful staff at this office!!! I took my one year old here for a second opinion in April 2013 as his 2 front teeth grew is discolored. Apparently from an enamel deficiency. The first dentist I took him to (in the same building complex) wanted to put him under and crown both his teeth!!! The dentist at All Kids Dental Group just wanted to see him every 3 months instead of every 6 months to keep an eye on the 2 teeth and gave me MI paste to use twice a day to strengthen his teeth. I am so glad I got a second opinion and brought him in here. The dentist really seemed to care about the best treatment for my one year old son and not about how much money he could get. read more

We called the after hours emergency number on a Sunday trying to find help for my special needs son and Dr Renzi called me back quickly. He was very helpful. Our son has gone here several times now and has been seen by Dr House as well as Dr Renzi. We've never had any issues or complaints. The office staff went above and beyond to help us get insurance and appointments taken care of right away during the initial emergency visit. They understand some kids with special needs cannot wait calmly in the waiting room and they take us in right away when we arrive. Very happy with everyone we have encountered here. read more

We are new to the area and where nervous to take our kids to a new dentist office but we're glad we took them here. It is near by but what Made it better was how nice the staff and the doctors were. They made our scared/nervous 3 &5 year old feel comfortable and at ease plus theyn let them hold the suction during their cleaning :) which made our kids happy to help. I appreciate the team at All Kids Dental. We had an urgent situation and they fit us in immediately which was huge because it was the Friday before a holiday weekend. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the office has a cold feel for a children's dental office. Nothing on the walls or anything warm, fuzzy or inviting - and the waiting areas got full fast and is too small. When we went into the exam room there was nowhere for the parent or guardian to sit, no chair or bench so I stood. The Dr. was knowledgeable but went over the x-rays in front of me with the nurse but did not include me so he had to do it again which was awkward. Like I said, they were awesome with getting us in and getting the treatment started, but at the end of the day it's not a dentist I see myself going to regularly as it was just a bit uncomfortable. read more
