He was more than happy to accommodate us for when we were ready. We had to reschedule once and again, he accommodated us. Our carpets were perfectly taken care of and looked just as good as when we first moved in. Ryder even added a seven day guarantee to his work. We would just have to contact him to come back over.

I sought…read morethem out through Yelp and proceeded to get multiple estimates for carpet and grout cleaning on a move out for my home. To be honest, they appeared to good to be true bc majority of the reviews were 5 stars and their estimate was reasonable. Scheduled them about two weeks out for a Saturday morning appointment which happened to be the day after my house was packed up. I did not receive the call the evening before as stated in many of the reviews. My appointment was for 9am. At 9:15am no one was at my house and no one was answering the phone number listed on their Yelp page. So I left a lengthy message about how I had a scheduled appointment and no one was at my home. I finally received a call back at 9:45am telling me that they needed to cancel and reschedule due to lack of technicians for the day. Frustrated because this appointment was booked for a while, I agreed to Sunday at the same time. Woke up Sunday, to a text message at 7amish telling me that they were running behind for my 9am rescheduled appointment. Ok fine, so I wait....the technician finally arrived around 10:30am which delayed my Sunday plans. He explained what he would be doing upstairs and downstairs. I left my pets outside and the technician at my home since I had plans for the day. The tech assured me that I would receive before and after pictures and that he would lock up before he left. Which was not a problem bc everything was already out of the house. He also advised the carpet and floors would need a few hours to dry before accessing them - which was fine. Upon returning to the home, the floors were still damp, not a problem. I made sure not to go on the carpet until tomorrow. The clean up job was mediocre for me. The grout wasn't as clean as I expected and I guess I assumed the carpets would smell clean as they did not maybe they don't add deodorizers to their cleaning process. My fault for expecting it to smell clean when I came home. I never received before and after pictures as stated and I really wasn't wow'd by the job. Communication was not the best especially when my original appointment was canceled late on the day of. Maybe they were just having a bad weekend at the end of April. Unfortunately I would not recommend despite all of the great reviews.

    I hired Texas Cleaning to do a deep cleaning for my father in law's house which is about to go on…read morethe market. I had previously cleaned and declutterred the house so really just needed the deep cleaning. I reviewed the list on the website of the 50 items that were to be completed, I prior to the service. The 1st issue was when I received a text indicating the name of the individual and when they would be arriving with the following info: Note: Your cleaner may not be fluent in English. Please use a translator or text us at 512-790-7256, and we'll assist. At no point in previous conversations had this been noted or I would not have selected this company. I don't think the cleaner was aware that it was supposed to be a deep clean but thought it was just a normal clean. I left her to do her duties while I worked on cleaning their Indoor/outdoor space. I had been told that it would take about 5 hours but at the 3.5 hour point, she indicated that she was done. I went through the 50 point list and asked if she had cleaned the baseboards, the ceiling fans, the vents, etc and she indicated she had. When I went and checked, she had not. I don't think she was intentionally being deceptive but that she just didn't understand English. I asked if she had mopped under the rugs, she indicated she had, but she had not. She had to remop the kitchen and formal area as she had not done a thorough job. I finally released her at the 4 hour point because sometimes it's just easier to do it yourself. I ended up staying another 2 hours to go back and clean the areas that were not completed to my satisfaction. I don't blame the cleaner as much as the company. She either was not trained sufficiently or it was not communicated to her that it was a deep clean. The language barrier just added another level of frustration. Overall a disappointing experience.
