He is timely with his communication as well, both in text and email. His protocol work is extremely detailed. We got comments from all of the restoration vendors we got quotes from that the protocol was thorough and easy to follow, so we found the value of the price paid well worth it. We recommend him and his company!

Due to mold infestation in our HVAC system and duct work, cleaning the duct work was not a viable option. After conducting extensive online research, Fusion Environmental Engineering Group in the Austin, Texas area was selected to evaluate and test the air in our house for mold. Fusion Environmental Group provides Residential and Commercial Mold Inspections, Indoor Air Quality Inspections, Residential Asbestos Inspections, VOCs, and Formaldehyde Testing. The Austin Fusion team of Rick Weir, Mold Inspection Consultant, and Chantell Kirwyn (Tamer of Details) were outstanding in their interactions with us throughout the entire process. Rick Weir conducted extremely thorough mold and air quality inspections. Rick and Chantell are a joy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Cary Kraft, Senior Project Manager. Cary Kraft's clear and in-depth communication throughout the project provided us with peace of mind. Cary also ensured that we would know every detail regarding the project so that there would not be any surprises. We never expected we would ever need an Environmental Engineering company in our lifetime. The Fusion team made the mold inspection and step-by-step process as painless as possible. If you are unfortunate enough to experience a mold problem that requires professional analysis, rest assured Fusion Environmental Engineering Group is the first company you should call. I highly recommend Fusion Environmental Engineering Group.

Nobody showed or contacted me to make alternate arrangements. Called, left message on voicemail and received a call back from (I believe Lisa) with no apology for inconvenience or explanation as to what had occurred. She asked what my availability was for the week to which I stated other than the day I had scheduled, The next Saturday was good for me. She informed me that they work Monday thru Friday to which i again informed her that the trees were in front yard and could be accessed and evaluated without my presence. I was told that someone would be put that week to look and give me call with an estimate. A week has passed and not a word. I am astounded that a business can survive while ignoring potential customers. I strongly believe in supporting small town businesses but also think that they have an obligation to reciprocate. Will not do business with this company ever. Additional Note: I called another local company who was able travel, view the trees and provide a quote in no more than an hour and a half. Trees scheduled to be trimmed less than 72 hours later.

While the prices were fairly close, we could tell right away that Michael loved his job and cares about trees and his customers. The team showed up just as planned and we were more than satisfied with their work and the whole process. They were professional and took care of our lawn and placement of our septic system when bringing the large equipment that was needed. The trees look great and the second shift came right out to pick up and haul off the large limbs. The entire crew takes pride in their work and it shows.

About 3 weeks after we dropped it off, I received an email and text stating the rug was ready for pick-up. But when I went to pick it up, I was told it was not ready and the 'system' sometimes sends out false messages. About a week and a half later, I received another message the rug was ready for pick-up. Once at the store, I inspected the rug and was shocked and somewhat incensed at what I was looking at. The rug was destroyed. Instead of restoring the damaged portions, they cut them off and sewed new binding/edges. Had I known they were going to do that, I would have never taken my rug to them to restore. They blamed it on a communications issue. I took the rug to them to restore based on favorable reviews, their name "Aladin Cleaning and Restoration," and longevity. There are companies in San Antonio that actually do restore rugs, I just chose the wrong one that does not have the capability and capacity to do so. The rug they destroyed was purchased when we lived in Europe and has significant sentimental value ... can never be replaced! Now it is going to cost significantly more to have the carpet restored based on Aladin's actions.

This is our second roof replacement with Dolan Roofing as we would not think of going with another roofing business. Johnny and Brandy have a professional, honest and reliable business which is managed in a very homeowner friendly manner. We were again kept informed of what was going to be done, how it was to done and when. All work was completed in a seamless manner. The work crews were very responsible as all plants and other items near the home were carefully covered while the job was being completed. The cleaningcrew did an excellent job and all looked back in place. Again, the expert office personnel took care of any and all insurance paperwork. This is a big plus since today even more documentation is required by insurance companies before any payment or reimbursement is made. We highly recommend Dolan Roofing to anyone who is in search of a roof replacement. The other many positive reviews speak for themselves.

I am extremely disappointed with the carpet cleaning service I received on Thursday, August 20…read more Oscar arrived at approximately 12:45 p.m., 45 minutes later than scheduled. He did call to let me know he was running late, so I did not consider the delay a problem, especially given Austin traffic. When he arrived, we inspected the room I wanted cleaned. I specifically pointed out the dark, dirty outlines left behind by my son's desk and made it very clear that these were the areas I wanted to make sure were removed. Oscar assured me that they would be gone after the cleaning. The rest of the carpet was relatively clean. I also asked that the small walk-in closet be cleaned. The advertised price was $99 for two areas. However, after Oscar prepared the initial bid, the price was $247. I showed him the coupon/advertisement, and he redid the estimate, but additional charges were then added: $25 for the closet and $85 for the room because, according to him, the room required a "more potent" cleaner. The final price came to $200.25. At that point, I was already concerned because the price was substantially different from what I understood the advertisement to offer. However, Oscar was already at my home, and I agreed to proceed. Oscar explained the cleaning process and began the work. At approximately 1:40 p.m., he came downstairs and said he was finished. I asked him to accompany me upstairs so we could inspect the room. We turned on the light, but did not even walk into the room. From the doorway, I could clearly still see the dark, dirty outlines from my son's desk. I asked Oscar directly why the outlines were still visible. He told me to give the carpet four to five hours and said they would disappear. I did considerably more than that. I waited until Sunday, August 23, before looking at the carpet again. The dirty outlines were still clearly visible, and several other spots remained dirty as well. I had taken photographs before the cleaning and photographs afterward, and there was very little noticeable improvement in the areas that specifically concerned me. There was also an issue with the closet and thresholds. As I walked back through the bathroom toward the closet, I noticed that Oscar had left mop yarns caught in the nails along both thresholds. He also damaged one of the nails holding the closet-door threshold in place. After discovering these issues, I called the company and left an extensive voicemail explaining my dissatisfaction. I requested that, given the circumstances and the advertised pricing, I be charged only the original $99 advertised amount. As of Monday, August 24, I have received no return call. What happened next was particularly telling. After contacting the company, I decided to test a small area of one of the dirty outlines myself using Folex carpet spot remover, a product purchased from Home Depot. I tested two small areas. The dirt came up extremely easily. That test spoke volumes about the quality of the cleaning I received. The areas I specifically identified to Oscar before he began the job remained visibly dirty after paying $200.25 for the service, yet a small amount of a readily available carpet cleaner removed the dirt with very little effort. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the work and the unexpected additional charges. The primary areas I specifically asked to be addressed were not properly cleaned, there was damage to a threshold, and the company has not returned my call. This was my first experience with this company, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I believe the appropriate resolution is to honor the original advertised $99 price rather than charging the $200.25 I was billed for a service that did not deliver the results promised.
