Two kitchens, and both of them are delicious. I wish a had a Baker's closer to my house, but then again I might eat there too much. The burgers are so delicious. They start with buttered and grilled buns and stack juicy beef with melted cheese and crispy lettuce. The fries are a bit better than average for fast food. They have a 1/2 lb option that is fun for the whole family. And the chili cheese fries are delicious. They have flavor mix-ins for he soft drinks, so I like playing with that. I really like vanilla Sprite and what they call Rootzilla (root beer with vanilla). Whatever you do, don't get caramel Coke. Their shakes are really good. Probably as good as Dairy Queen, and certainly better than most other fast food shakes. The burritos are better than other fast food, but not as good as a "yellow sign" taco shop. The bean and cheese is classic but done so well. For breakfast, opt for a machaca. read more

Great food that tastes REALLY fresh and not frozen. The chicken burgers come plain so you can add your own condiments and there isn't a limit of condiments. Also, there is hand sanitizer near the condiments which I think is amazing, thoughtful & generous!! The employees hand you your tray with sodas and a good amount of napkins not just like one or two. That makes me so happy! Also, the grilled chicken burger wasn't ginormous so it was perfect! I find it careless & wasteful when other restaurants serve you a chicken burger the size of your face. :P Basically, if you want great American or Mexican food this place is it! And you can't complain about the prices. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. :) And all the employees are happy and kind!!! read more

We love bakers and we eat here every time we pass by it since we don't have one in our town. We always get the papa #1 or the 2 burrito combo w/potatoes. There chips and salsa are yummy too. We prefer to get those over the fries. The fries are to thin and hard for our taste. My boyfriend also love the spicy ketchup which we haven't found at any other fast food burger joint. To us this place is like another In N Out. It's a nice treat to have every once in awhile. read more

I would give it zero if I could. I bought a sprite. They gave me the worst tasting non sweet carbonated water. I told them they needed to change the syrup. They didn't and just refilled the awful tasting drink. I said it taste like crap. I asked for my money back so I could go Next door to McDonald's to get a decent tasting drink. They told me no refunds and they took my disgusting drink. Horrible service read more

Even though this restaurant has been here a long time and is a bit worn, the food is always good , staff pleasant and the prices fair. I don't know what it is but I absolutely , completely love the burgers here !!! I also got fresh french fries and an Oreo cookie shake . The shake is made with fresh ice cream and not poured out of a milk container and there's big chunks of cookie in it and by the time it got around the table twice it was gone and we wish we'd ordered a second one :))) A happy happy happy experience read more

Went to bakers drive thru 3-19-2019. I ordered a double Baker. With cheese and grilled onions. A single. Baker with cheese. And 2 orders. Of medium fries with a strawberry shake. We did not receive. A receipt back. And the girl at the window. Had very poor people skills. When we got home our double Baker Cheeseburger and single Baker with cheese. Both sandwiches. Were burnt so bad that you could not eat them. The fries we received one medium one small so they cheated us out of a medium fry. I called Bakers for some kind of resolution for the burnt burgers and for giving us a small fry when we ordered a medium and paid for two mediums. I got no resolution. This isn't the first time we have received terrible food that you couldnt eat. Will not be going back. read more

I used to love this Baker's. I don't know what happened, but the drive thru is terrible. We went a couple times last year and the drive thru was so slow, so we stopped going. We decided to give them another chance because the food is pretty good. I've been twice in the last month. The first time I was in the drive thru for 43 minutes. The second time it was 35 minutes. Won't be returning anytime soon. I know it's a popular place, but the drive thru should not be that slow at a FAST food restaurant. read more

Came here late after being in the Palm Springs area shopping and looking at Christmas lights. Burgers are decent and the Cherry shake was good. The cheese quesadilla left a lot to be desired. I can make better at home. Very small and not worth the cost. You walk up and place your order and get a receipt with your number on it. Food and staff are 4 stars. The drive thru wait line is AT LEAST 30 minutes all day everyday. I don't know if it's understaffed or what but to wait 30 minutes for a tostada is pretty crazy. Please hire more people or figure out how to run this place more efficiently. read more

Just stopped there for the first (and last) time! Food was overpriced and really bad. The chicken sandwich had no flavor and looked like it was processed and put together from pieces of chicken roll. Husband ordered the tacos, (order person never mentioned taco special today). These were so small, hate to see what the special looks like. Would never go back there. This place is almost always packed! I never have any complaints about the food here. The service can be a little slow at times but its understandable with how busy it is. There's always a lady who is really friendly and brings your food out to your table and offers to go get you any condiments that you request(I think her name is Bertha),which is very rare for a fast food place. They deserve 0 stars. The workers were fine but it took FOREVER this FAST food. I ordered inside to go since the drive through was around the whole parking lot my car couldn't even fit. The man taking my Ofer was very nice but the girl giving out my food was letting the to go sit there without calling numbers making my food cold, which whatever I can warm it up however ver I open my burger and there was a tomato prices on my bread when I asked for no tomatoes because I'm ALLERGIC. I grew up on Bakers, it was the best food and value in town, portions have gotten smaller, chicken sandwiches smaller, chili cheese fries have hardly any chili, the combination burrito is all beans and prices are now comparable with a sit down restaurant! Came here for breakfast and was not impressed at all. My sausage and egg breakfast sandwich was disgusting. It is rare I don't finish my food but this was one of those times. The sausage was dry and had a very unpleasant taste. Yuck! Perhaps the spicy ketchup others talk about would have disguised the taste of the actual food.
