Nothing too difficult- today order cheeseburger combo w Dr Pepper, meat cooked well done extra pickles and tomatoes. Lady read order back correctly. Got to window the lady was unfriendly and stared at me awkwardly as I handed her my card. Received Diet Coke, extra lettuce, no cheese, regular pickle tomatoes. Good chicken tenders! Great service! I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was juicy and delicious. The fries are nice and thick. Loved adding Tabasco sauce to the ranch dressing and dipping the chicken tenders into it, so tasty! I was feeling nostalgic and decided to have the Orange Whip to drink. Stopped by for a Monday lunch after years away, and while the service was fast and the portions were generous, the experience has definitely changed. I ordered a hamburger and fries, a carne asada taco plate, and their famous fried zucchini. Everything felt fresh and came out quickly, though the flavor was more "okay" than the "awesome" I remembered. The biggest shift is in the environment and the new cost-saving measures: the once-legendary condiment bar (stocked with salsas and pickled veggies) is gone, and you now have to ask for toppings directly. It also felt a bit nickel-and-dimey to be charged $0.30 for a water cup and limited to a single soda refill. The interior is starting to show its age and could really use an update, but if you're looking for a quick, decent meal with plenty of seating, it still gets the job done. read more

This is a great locally owned independent burger shop in banning or is it Beaumont or are these the same places? Lol Anyway, this place has everything you can imagine from burgers to sandwiches to salads to breakfast all day to Mexican food to gyros to dinner platters and don't forget all the great fried food. When they do their patty melt it's double patties with cheese and if you get adventure some you can add lettuce and tomato which is odd but the lady likes it. I always enjoy the bacon cheeseburger there in combo form. Next time I come I will be more adventure some and get some of the Mexican dishes that look pretty good. Give them a try read more

I'll admit I was nervous looking at the outside and inside of the restaurant but, times are hard and maybe it's financially not possible to complete upgrades just yet. As for the customer service, we went inside and were treated very kind by what I believe may be the owner or manager. We ordered burgers and zucchini and it was all really good and filling. The prices were fair and so were the portions. I would say maybe go inside and explain your mela so they won't have to rush and your order will get good and correct.
