Ordered: Strawberry Bingsoo & Green Tea Bingsoo. Strawberry Bingsoo - Strawberry ice cream, fruit toppings (strawberries, bananas, pineapples, kiwi.. etc), mochi Green Tea Bingsoo - Green tea ice cream, fruits toppings (strawberries, mango (?) I don't remember they all taste good), red bean paste. This is going to be one of the must-go shaved ice places in Flushing. I loved it! Pretty quick, and made with quality ingredients. But be sure to get the seats first!

3.5/5 Bakery De Paris is like a mix of a deli+bakery. This bakery not only sells cakes and bread, but snacks as well. The breads here are pricey for the quality, which is pretty much the norm for most Korean bakeries. However, I'm willing to overlook that in favor of a seasonal item: the Large Bingsoo that is sold here during the summer. For ~$11, you get a heaping portion of toppings(mixed fruit, red bean, and mochi--YUM) atop a layer of shaved ice finished off with 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream(for other flavors, that'll cost a little extra). I recommend that you don't get the bingsoo to go because they give you less toppings and less ice cream to fit the package(y'know?) And don't forget to bring a 2-3 friends to help you finish!

Was in flushing to get my car fixed (it's cheaper here!) cause someone decided to bash my sideview mirror in the city Needed a place to stay for a few hours and found this bakery. Walked in here around 4pm and found the lighting in this place to be horrible. Besides the lighting that's coming in from the outside, the only lights on were by the counter and the display cases. Food/Drinks: Green Tea Latte ($3.45 + .75 for a size up) - I haven't gone to any Korean bakery that doesn't know how to make a green tea latte. The menu says the latte is 3.25 but they charged 20 cents more. Meh French Toast with ham and cheese ($2.50) - what the name says. It was pretty good. Would probably get it again Overall, it's a decent place. Like any other bakeries in flushing, it's filled with those men and women who chill in bakery for hours

No one knows about this place but it's pretty amazing. Tastes delicious! Only bad thing is that they charge tax if you pay with credit! Other than that it's great!! It's very cozy in here and there aren't too many people probably due to the location. However, the drinks and coffee are all pretty good and they have a variety of snacks and bread that are pretty good too! It's nice to probably come here and chat with a few friends if you live around the area! Although it can get empty at times, it's probably also a nice place to go to if you want some coffee and get some work done too.

When you see a name like Bakery De Paris you kind of expect there to be some Parisian pastries in the store, nope turns out this is a Korean bakery. That being said the name was deceiving and they did not have what I was looking for but I made the best of it and ordered a few things anyway since I was there. After all I did go through a crazy hassle just trying to find parking in the first place so I didn't want it to be a wasted trip. I looked around at the prepackaged donuts and muffins and grabbed a few things that I wasn't familiar with but looked tasty. After that I approached the refrigerated cake case and ordered one tiramisu and one strawberry shortcake. Both were delicious. They were $3.50 a piece and they were shape triangularly as if they'd been cut from a circular cake. Normally (or at least at the bakeries I go to) they give you rectangular slices for about the same price so you are technically getting less cake for the same price here. In my opinion the quality seemed to be worth it. The tiramisu had a nice mocha flavor and the strawberry shortcake was coated in a light subtly sweet whipped cream. You can tell real strawberries were used throughout the filling. The cake itself was also fluffy and fresh. Even though I was a bit disappointed in the selection at first I ended up happy with what I ordered. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are in a rush unless you have someone with you to double park. If you want coffee, tea, a muffin or a donuts you can be in an out in a few minutes. The whole cakes looked pretty and nicely designed as well but if you are expecting more complex pate-choux filled pastries or fruit tarts you are better off trying Martha's in Bayside or Lulu's on Union Turnpike.

    Shaved ice!

I came here over the summer for some shaved ice while I had to run some errands in the neighborhood. The shaved ice is pretty well known in this cafe and I understand why. The portion is meant for two and it had a lot of fruits w/condensed milk! It doesn't get any better than that. But their coffee is average; I can make better coffee at home. Whoops.

    Nice decor and very artistic

I am a fan of the pandan flavor desserts and bought two that I wanted to try. One being a roll cake and the other layer cake. The pandan roll cake with taro I was told is a specialty that they only have on weekends. It was really flavorful, moist and spongy, just perfectly touched with a dash of sweetness in both the cake and the cream - I personally don't like overly sweet foods, and this is just perfect for me and my mom. I'm equally pleased with the layer cake as well it was very fresh and have that "QQ" texture - deliciously chewy and bouncy. This too, just hit right for me on the gentle sweetness, the pandan flavor keeping the spotlight in this dessert. My mom and I are big fans of these desserts. We just came back trying out others pandan layer cakes in Downtown Flushing and this shop beats them by a large margin. I hope to come back more when we could even though this shop is quite a distance for us.

The pastries and breads had a perfect texture, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every item. The staff was friendly and helpful, explaining the different options and making recommendations without being pushy. The bakery itself is clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to browse and enjoy treats. Overall, Shinpuru Baking delivers top-quality baked goods and excellent service. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves fresh, tasty pastries.

They offer really fun and delicious flavors here with their pastries and cakes. The prices here are also really good. Their bread is also really good. I tried the Japanese crab meat bread, Coconut cream bread, and their egg sandwich which I loved! They tasted delicious and they were also very filling. The ambience is modern and clean. The line moves quickly. However, it can be hard to find a seat here and it can get very busy. It's best to grab your pastries and go. It is also near public transit, and the train. I will come back here again to pick up a cake from here, the prices are good and the flavors are also good. Price:$8.75 Rating: 9/10

The mousse was light and naturally fruit flavored; each pastry had real fresh fruit. The mango was my favorite though the mangos had a bite to them as if it wasn't in season or ripened enough. Still, it was my favorite and I give it full points for flavor and texture. The chocolate exterior gave a good crunch on every bite. The bakery itself is clean and has nice lighting. I would recommend. The cashiers speak primarily Chinese so that's something to take into consideration but they do also speak English. The staff were friendly and efficient.
