I was able to drink the whole thing without adding milk, which means it was not bitter at all and it was in the afternoon about 2 o'clock the cake was a nice thick slice and I think their stuff is gluten-free here. Inside you will find booklets on the LGBT community, and an explanation of all the flags right at the register, anong other things. The trash cans were overflowing and the floor was very visibly dirty, with a few napkins and receipts also on the floor. We were there for at least 40 minutes. I never saw anyone even wipe down a table. It was busy at times, but there were also slow times and the staff just stood behind the counter and talked with each other. I'm hoping it was just an off day and it's cleaner when you visit.
