After a rigorous walking day at Disney World, my girls and I came to Eastern Massage Foot Spa to give our feet some much deserved relief. I called ahead of time and made a reservation for the 4 of us to get foot massages. Pricing is higher than where I come from, but as I looked into other foot massage places in the area it's about average. We all went with their Foot Massage and Foot Exfoliation Special which is $95 for 70 minutes. $5 credit card fee for credit card payments. Bring CASH if you can. Or they have an atm which had a lower fee than the $5 so my friends and I withdrew cash. Their layout is a bit strange where they have 3 foot massage chairs in front by the cashier and the windows, and a private room in the back with 3 foot massage chairs. Since no one wanted to be in the front by the windows, one of the girls took her massage at a private room with a table, but that made it awkward for the foot soak. We also heard this random slapping sound throughout the massage that made us worried for her. The three of us were in a room together in the back. What was really strange is how three different staff member had completely different routines. The process was really random, which shows me I can't really guarantee a good experience if there's no training or consistency. For one of my friends, her massage therapist wasn't wearing gloves when the other two were. And then 2 were using massage oil while one used lotion. Communication was all over the place. It started really weak for the exfoliation part and we were all texting each other worried that it was suck the whole time... but thankfully it got better. My person actually asked me how I liked the pressure and I said on the strong side. They warned me that they're really heavy handed, but I didn't think it was strong at all. Since my friends' people does not ask them about pressure I went and asked them out loud so their massage therapist could hear it. Personally I could have used more pressure, but it was still a decent experience. I just feel like the facilities are dated and staff is inconsistent. Horrible massage DO NOT COME HERE!!! I called and told her my upper back hurts and they didn't speak much English. When I arrived they took me to the room for foot massage I told him it's my back. He then takes me to the other room and does my legs for the whole time I kept telling him it was my back and he would say okay okay pain here fix here. This was not the case. I am not out 80 dollars and my back is still in excruciating pain. I am pissed I complained at the front and they did nothing to fix this. read more

My time was split on two people to accommodate our big group, the first person which it was my first 20 mins was not very knowledgeable I will say or maybe too soft on her hands for a massage. Now the second 40 mins were a huge improvement but a bit painful, so when you hit pressure points it aliviates but doesn't hurt or if it does, is more a relieve pain. Overall experience was ok. While very kind, I was definitely upset about our experience today. 2 people- 45 min reflexology and 45 min body for a special of $100 each. My husband's massage therapist asked my husband if he liked his pressure but mine seemed to not want to apply much pressure at all. Body first then onto our backs. They wore gloves which I can understand from a hygiene perspective but also my first ever gloves massage experience. We both talked about how rough the gloves were and felt like they were grating our skin. My massage therapist would put my feet between her hands and rub them like she was trying to warm them up! Terrible. I'm not sure where they are getting good reviews from but this place is horrible. Went in for a "refloxology" foot massage and don't know what I left with. The man massaging me seemed like he was hired for the day as it was clear he did not know what he was doing. On top of that I paid for an hour and it amounted to about 13 minutes less. This place is great and they give you a VIP card for a $65 VIP massage that includes some hot stones and a facial Massage aswell. overall from what I found it is the cheapest place around the Disney World area. If you need something quick that will have appointments available and that is open late. The only thing that really does suck is that there is a five dollar charge if you are paying card but for some reason whenever you are done with the massage and you decide to tip they do not charge you that five dollar charge. It just seems a little weird to me. also, if you decide to tip less than $15 they hound you and make you pay the $15-25$ tip for an hour even if the massage was good or not... The massage was definitely good. It's just that they do have some things that could be a little bit looser on the rules. I found this place on Google Maps, advertising a $60 per hour massage special. The ad post was only 8 hours old. I called to see if they had time for me to visit. They said yes. 10 minutes later I arrived. They said it would be $80. I showed them the ad. The young man at the counter did not speak English so he called the owner so I could speak with her. She said the ad I saw and visited because of was for something else. I said that's not what your ad says and decided to leave. She haggled me to stay, splitting the difference between the advertised price and their regular price ($80). I said ok because I really needed a massage. The massage itself was Ok. I have had better, and worse. The massage ended after 50 minutes, which last time I checked, is less than the one hour I paid for. I tipped $20. Obviously they cater to tourists and do not care about repeat business. Buyer beware. They are dishonest. read more

Disappointed in this place. Only one person working in the entire shop (the lady giving massages), so had (3) separate disruptions in my 1hr massage when someone walked in the door. The music in the room kept cutting in a out on an old CD player; and when I walked out after the massage the therapist abruptly asked me for a tip after I just paid $80 for the massage. Awkwardly put me on the spot and insisted she worked hard and deserved a tip. Otherwise I would have given 2 or even 1 star, I feel that even an affordable business can receive a 4/5 star rating. First off I went in for an hour foot massage that I received IN THE LOBBY-I listened to a man cleared his throat out like he was hacking up a lung for ten minutes, loud traffic on the busy street, car doors opening and closing, and customers entering for appts...not a relaxing environment in the least. I was given a side patio table to prop my feet up on when I suggested we actually use the recliner I sat in, I had to pull it away from the wall myself. My husband on the other hand did have a quiet private space because he got a full body massage. The woman we gave the tips to also pressed upon us that it was not enough, and their "helpful" sign at reception did state for customers (as if the general population does not know what recommended tip percentage is) what they recommend as tip. We went in as a couple for 1 hour massages. Hubby listened to an old CD skip repeadely through his massage. The woman doing his massage left the room once ro answer the front counter customer, the man massaging me left the room 3x. Several times a woman entered the room I was in and proceeded to chat in chinese with my masseur. Laying on a table and hearing random people in the room. Not relaxing at all. I told him before he started to avoid direct pressure on my spine in my neck due to a medical issue. The first move he makes in my massage was to ball up his fist and forcefully knead it from the shoulders to the base of my head directly on the spine. I told him to stop, please dont do that. Did it again. He moves on and for the most part it was an ok massage, but several uncomfortable moments of having thumbs and knuckles jammed into muscles. Not relaxing. When leaving, both masseuses were waiting at the front counter pointing at sign and asking for tips. They charged us 80 each for massages, plus 5.00 for using a credit card, now they wanted a big tip. Hubby gave them 10 and they wanted more. We had no more to hand over and just left. My "deep tissue" massage wasn't very deep and cost $80 for 60 minutes. The place also seemed a couple steps below "no-frills." This was seriously one of the best massages I've ever had. I've never had anyone walk on my back before, but when the masseuse asked if I wanted it I had to try it. It was amazing!! The pressure was perfect. Very controlled. I'm 5'5" and 120lbs and she did a great job of working my hamstrings and my back. She also gave a great scalp massage. Sunny was an amazing massage therapist. She incorporated deep tissue, shiatsu, and Swedish massages into one total massage. It was the best massage of my life, and I've had many. Don't be turned away from the modest waiting area. Once you go to the room, you will find it dimly lit with a massage table and music playing. I don't need frills since my eyes are closed most of the time. You are asked to pay prior to your massage but I recommend leaving the tip until you have received the service. Sunny was always attentive to my "oh thank you" moan and my "too much...too much, Sunny" grimace. 60 minutes is $60.00, 90 minutes is $110.00 before tip.
