Kasey is a great coach: made me feel welcome, took us through a thorough warmup, and even coached me through butterfly pull-ups. She is also very encouraging. I highly recommend training there, and I look forward to going back when I am in town!

They have EVERYTHING you need to get a great workout. Everything is clean, and in working order. No spider webs in the corner or dingy bathrooms; Everything is amazingly clean! Everything. Liz could have never made the process of joining smoother. Entering a place you have never been is always a mixture of anxiety/intimidation, and here it simply ISN'T. The programming is smart, and makes sense. The coaching is fantastic, you are NEVER alone. OG coaches are amazing, but the newer ones...also amazing! I do not need someone to cheer me on, here they actually coach you...help you. They've had bigtime growth since I joined, but it never feels that way. The attention you get from the coaches here, is SO important to me. I have been around this world for a long time and I feel like I am learning and getting better daily here. People have this opinion of CrossFit where they perceive it as "too hard" or "too much" sometimes, and all I have to say is PLEASE EFFING CHECK IT OUT AT WHITEWATER. All the coaches here are AWESOME! (really....seriously) for me a huge part is the PEOPLE! places like this can be cu*ty and cliquey and here they are simply, warm, nice and supportive...a community of amazing, down-to-earth people. I can't think of anything that I want that is not there. Pat and Liz own this place and work ABSURD hours to make all of this happen, and they are NEVER anything but warm and welcoming...and that's awesome....... but I came here to go faster, stronger and leaner...BETTER and I do! Forget ANYTHING you think you may know about CrossFit and/or gyms and the "reasons" you can't go and just call them.

The only thing you have to do is listen to them! And definitely do your exercises at home. I walked around for a year with a torn rotator cuff, thinking it was going to get better. It did not. I called Eastern shore physical therapy up and in two months I was able to lift my arm up in the air again... the whole team are excellent and they have each other's backs that's what I truly adore about them! Very clean very professional if I could give 10 stars, I would!

The facility was clean and well arranged. I was treated with kind and concerned therapists who worked with me twice a week and by the end of my sessions, they had me feeling back to normal. My range of motion, grip strength and dexterity have returned all because of the PT and exercises that I had. I want to commend Kristen, Jenna, Mark, Ashley and two students doing rotation there, Olivia and Luke. I was well cared for by all of them and would definitely recommend East Shore Physical Therapy to all who need physical therapy. Jessica at the front desk needs to be recommended too. She's professional, knowledgeable and friendly....always accommodating as best the schedule allows. I pray that this survey is shared with all I mentioned and I definitely thank Eastern Shore Physical Therapy for my care. I had a very healing experience.

Ok, so I recently moved back to MD from NYC where I had been seeing a great chiropractor for a…read morewhile. I started looking for a new one down here because my symptoms had come back. I should have gone right to Optimal Health-- most people I know in the area whose opinion I trust on the matter go to Dr Jeff or Dr Sarah... but since they didn't take my insurance... I decided to find another doctor. I was sad... because I had heard great things about Optimal, but I didn't want to not use insurance and have to pay a ton of money out of pocket. :-/ So I found a doctor in the Ocean Pines/Berlin area (not Optimal Health) and went to them for about 2 weeks. 6 visits. I swear it was the most drawn out process EVER. The first visit was just talking about it. Then I got xrays and then came back, they assessed the xrays (for a whole different appointment...) told me what I already told them was the problem when I was in NYC and then for 2 more visits did nothing but putting a vibrating pad on my neck and hip and then some weird ultrasound technology. I cannot believe they charged me for 2 full visits where the doctor barely did anything to me AT ALL.... I even asked after the second visit for a manual neck or hip adjustment (which is what I was used to in NYC) and they actually said "No, that's not how I do things"...... I am 31...not 95. I don't need to get prepped for weeks for an adjustment. Finally they started using a machine to adjust which I did not find effective at all (despite their LITERALLY 30 minute lesson on how the machine worked...basically I paid them to talk about their machine for 30 minutes that session...) I was steaming! I wanted to leave but I already paid for the session. Boy did this chiropractor like hearing themselves talk.......... ANYWAY, after I left there that day, I drove to **Optimal Health Chiropractic**. I mean literally from their office to Optimal on my way home. I was seriously considering just forking over whatever it cost to actually get a legit adjustment. As I already knew, they didn't accept my insurance. When I came in to explain what was going on, Dr. Sarah and the office manager were there listening. Dr. Sarah was very helpful in helping me understand the difference at their place...and they even explained that if I came on as a cash patient it would actually be cheaper than me going through my insurance as out of network. I was surprised.... and as it turns out, paying straight cash (not dealing with insurance at all) an appointment here with Dr Jeff is only $5 more than my copay the other chiropractor (which was $35). I was shocked. Well... let's do that. I had my appointment today (all of this took place yesterday!) in the morning. I was impressed with how fast they got me in. Dr. Jeff did a full review of my written information and did some tests about my range of motion, asked me lots of questions about what hurt and when...very thorough. And then....wait for it.....WE STARTED RIGHT AWAY. Like that minute... because he was able to figure out what was wrong with me, which xrays in NYC and from the other chiropractor confirmed, without even using xrays. He literally figured it out in 10 minutes with a little pushing/pressing and examining of my neck, lower back and hips. Like a damn miracle worker. We went into another room and he immediately got to work and did some neck/hip/back adjusting. And just like that, in 30 minutes.... he did what the other chiropractor didn't do in 6 visits. SIX. SIX VISITS. What a huge waste of money going anywhere else was for me. Tomorrow I am breaking up with my old chiropractor.... Dr. Jeff is my new guy.

The receptionist was extremely friendly, she seemed to understand the desperate need when someone is in pain.
