She also paid very close attention to my concerns and tailored our workouts based on those concerns. She has a very positive energy that is contagious, and I always leave my workouts in a great mood, and feeling accomplished. She's also been very flexible with scheduling and works to accommodate my sometimes hectic schedule.

They have EVERYTHING you need to get a great workout. Everything is clean, and in working order. No spider webs in the corner or dingy bathrooms; Everything is amazingly clean! Everything. Liz could have never made the process of joining smoother. Entering a place you have never been is always a mixture of anxiety/intimidation, and here it simply ISN'T. The programming is smart, and makes sense. The coaching is fantastic, you are NEVER alone. OG coaches are amazing, but the newer ones...also amazing! I do not need someone to cheer me on, here they actually coach you...help you. They've had bigtime growth since I joined, but it never feels that way. The attention you get from the coaches here, is SO important to me. I have been around this world for a long time and I feel like I am learning and getting better daily here. People have this opinion of CrossFit where they perceive it as "too hard" or "too much" sometimes, and all I have to say is PLEASE EFFING CHECK IT OUT AT WHITEWATER. All the coaches here are AWESOME! (really....seriously) for me a huge part is the PEOPLE! places like this can be cu*ty and cliquey and here they are simply, warm, nice and supportive...a community of amazing, down-to-earth people. I can't think of anything that I want that is not there. Pat and Liz own this place and work ABSURD hours to make all of this happen, and they are NEVER anything but warm and welcoming...and that's awesome....... but I came here to go faster, stronger and leaner...BETTER and I do! The second was very good but left on maternity leave. The third was tough for me -. poor eye contact, interrupted and cut me off impatiently, didn't know prescription requirements, was at times passive aggressive it seemed when challenged. I left the practice because of her. She seemed undertrained to me and i felt she lacked warmth and the ability to connect- a shame really. Because many people with weight loss issues struggle with self esteem issues and at least with me , I found her cold and impersonal. I was in health care for 30 years; perhaps I am too fussy. But I would not approach patients as I felt I was approached. Hopefully one of the others will return.

I was very happy with all of the summer activities they offer children. My grandson has had a…read morewonderful amount of fun! I do however wish they would be more responsible in making sure children have their belongings together before boarding their vans for the return trips. My grandson was just purchased new shoes to go to the water park and they let him get on their van shoeless, walk into their facility, no shoes on, (walking on pavement)... I was not happy when he walked out to be picked up with no shoes! What if they had needed to unload the childre, on the side of the road?? This to me is dangerous. Children's shoes should be placed where they cannot be stolen or misplaced. Its not so much they were brand new, but no one even said one word to me when I picked him up, no apology, nothing...
