Therapist doesn't show. Owner initially blamed my wife for lack of communication for not reconfirming appt. Why reconfirm when my wife agreed to a date and time over the phone? Do not write a reply trying to defend yourself. You were in the wrong. I recommend that you hire a secretary to manage your appointments. And no, she did not get your text. read more

I tried to book a same-day couples massage. I turned down other well-rated mobile massage companies to take Monica up on her offer to accommodate us. I received multiple confirmations of my appointment, and I adjusted my busy schedule accordingly. But Monica sent her masseuse to an old wrong address, on the other side of Los Angeles, despite me giving her my correct city twice beforehand, which she failed to provide directly to the therapist. She blamed outdated data in her computer system even though I'd NEVER hired this company once before (a fact she failed to doublecheck). Monica did not take responsibility for carefully managing my appointment. Nor did she didn't offer any thoughtful recompense, just an empty cut & paste text of "I apologize for the inconvenience" and "these things happen sometimes with technology." If you book with Balanced Professional Massage Therapy, you might want to have a backup plan. read more

I was having a little pain in my neck which got worse. I yelped this place and saw the reviews. I saw A lot of great reviews so I chose to book an appointment because I couldn't deal with the pain I made an appointment with Gina about 10:30 pm and she was here the next day. She was so good and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. And to top off they came to me which was amazing!! My 4 year old was able to run around and be a kid and not have to be quiet. I have been working with Michelle D for about 8 weeks after my surgery; receiving lymphatic drainage massage (LDM). She comes to my home and is always on time or early. She loves what she does and is always personable. She takes her time to explain the process and makes you feel comfortable with the right amount of pressure. I highly recommend Michelle. She will wear a mask and the clients provide the sheets during covid times. LDM is great after cosmetic surgery / lipo to relieve swelling or lumps. Also good for general detoxing. I called to book a massage for my boyfriend's birthday and the person on the phone was extremely professional, helpful and sweet. I called Monica, after seeing her business here on Yelp, and decided to give them a try. What an amazing experience! Linda showed up a little before our 2pm appointment so she could set up on our patio and begin the massage right on time. She wore a mask, as I had requested, inside our home (we have people at high risk for Covid complications) and then took it off outside while she treated my son. Her table and everything else she brought were immaculate. We gave her a rundown of my son's problem areas and she addressed each one and educated him about some areas he needs to work on with stretching and strengthening. It was an overall GREAT experience and my son said his back felt like new again and that Linda had worked magic! Jennifer came to my home...and on time. How awesome is that! My hubby was totally surprised. She set up and had him undressed faster than I ever could.
