First time my pass was on floor board and I understand this one but now they towed my brand new tesla for what he said pass which wasn't visible which it was then when me and management go to tow company they said for vendor parking which I was not even in vendor parking. They come to our condo complex whenever and write phony parking tickets and when you call to figure out why you got a fake warning with a threat to tow your car they won't tell you why. This security company is a joke. My apartment complex uses them and we have had consistent break ins to cars in the parking garages and lots of theft WITH loud noises and everything. This is over the course of the last 2 years. Also when a resident asked to help file a police report for a motorized scooter theft the worker stated, "no I'll get in trouble since I was the one working." I have lived in a La Jolla community that has paid for their nightly services for at least the four years that I have lived here. I use to see them drive by and occasionally write (it looked like a kindergartner's writing and spelling) a warning for illegally parked cars. I have not seen them or any reports or notifications for months. But, they continue to bill us for their (lack of) services. This is definitely a company that you want to avoid or one to discontinue business with if you already made the mistake of hiring them. read more

These people are the worst. They were asked for security services for the San Diego Tet Festival in Mira Mesa. Maybe they're really good people and do a great job at securing, but usually one person doing something wrong puts a bad impression for the rest of the company. I was harassed by your security officer when accessing the Mira Mesa Senior Community Center. Instead of trying to talk to me and let me know I can't simply park here, they were going off at me for parking for a split second. They didn't even give me a chance to start reversing, but would rather walk up to my window screaming and threatening to take my license plate down and have my car towed. When I knew that mistake, I had already started to get out, but they wouldn't even leave me alone to reverse. Not the best experience with these guys. Well ok, you could've simply let me know it's no parking and ask me to please leave. If I had known it was NO PARKING with orange cones blocking the front, then I wouldn't have entered this area. Please train your individuals. People like these shouldn't be working for a company that deal with a lot of people. He couldn't even simply deal with customers making a mistake. read more

Horrible service. They are extremely unorganized, unresponsive and have poor communication skills within their company. There have been multiple instances where they are not familiar with the rules of the HOA and will say you are violating a rule when it is written in the rule book that it is allowed. The "manager" was completely unresponsive after calling her multiple times and the "security guard" is uneducated and rude. They must have too many properties that they patrol because the same issue should not be repeating itself after it was already cleared up. read more

Pathetic service. Worst security office I have ever had to unfortunately deal with. It's not only the security guards who are generally incompetent but also the rude, incredibly disrespectful and dismissive management. If the security guard is on duty they are either in their car on their phone (that make me feel so safe) or if they are walking around they are on their phone or tablet. I was with a security guard in the elevator last night and I saw him playing a game on his tablet, I even heard the noises. How little do you car about your job that your not even willing to bother to hide the fact that your not doing it? The next morning I saw that I had a parking violation on my car that stated I was parking in an ev (electric vehicle) space. I clearly was parked in the handicap space. How would one know that? The handicap space is marked in blue and I have a bright colored handicap parking placard hanging hanging on my rear view mirror. When I called the company to tell them that they made a mistake they blamed the property manager herself. She goes home at 6:00 but came back at 11:30 pm to write me a ticket for parking in the correct space? I asked them if their security guards should be on their tablets playing games and if Muhammad knows the difference between a handicap accessible space and and electric vehicle space. The woman on the phone who's name was sherry blamed everyone else but the security guard who clearly made a mistake. When she wouldn't apologize or at least admit it was a mistake, I threatened that if Muhammad or any other security guard had my car towed I will sue him and the company. She hung up on my mid sentence. How rude. You can't even recognize your bad service and then you have the nerve to hang up on me? Very unprofessional! If you have a business and are thinking of using this security service I would pass. There are security companies that exist that actually care about the quality of service they provide. Bald Eagle security provides service without quality. Also side note, while I was reading another review, I saw that someone pointed out that all the positive reviews were made by the companies own supervisors. I wish I could give his company less then one star. * It's common for security to be completely absent. On several occasions we had to call the police to address a situation and security was no where to be found. They wander over after everything is over. * When we call the main office, we just get a voicemail, and never a response or call back. * Security officers are near useless. People loiter on the property, drug deals happen in plain site, homeless campers park in the parking lot with little resistance from security. * Most of the guards are seniors, which may be OK for some situations, but not for a commercial setting, and not one that requires real security. * I tried to talk to an officer, I had to talk to his phone so he could use google translate, he didn't speak a word of English. The text appeared to be middle eastern. Not sure how he could ask aforementioned loiterers (or) drug dealers to move off the property. * Even when they are there, we've had to ask them to remove people sleeping on the property and people pan handling. * We've caught guards chilling in their car when they are supposed to be patrolling the property. The property owners and managers who hire this company often do not work/live on the premise, so this company is able to get away with not providing service, in some cases, not even providing an officer. They're basically stealing from their clients by taking payment for services not provided, and they are doing so at the expense of people's safety. read more

Also, they constantly post notices on you car threatening to tow even though you've done nothing that goes against the rules of the HOA. New Year's Day 1:37 am: I'm laying in bed reading a C++ book (seriously, trying to refresh my memory on it) enjoying my hermit life when I hear pounding on my wall. I thought it was the neighbors downstairs, since they're always slamming every single door, nah just some passive aggressive security guard. When I opened the door, this guy is staring at me like we've been having a feud for a hundred years or something. He was seriously angry that he had to wake up from his nap to do his job taking care of some noise complaint. Him: We had a complaint that you guys are making too much noise or stomping around. So you guys need to turn down the volume. Me: Okay. Him: .... (Must of felt like he had to keep saying stuff) ... It's 1:37 am, you really need to be more quiet, people are trying to get some rest. Me: Alright.. well, I was just laying down in my bed reading. Him: Well, you're making too much noise. You need to stop whatever you're doing and turn it down or else we're going to have to get management involved. That's something that you don't want (blahblahblah) Me: Okay.. Him: Keep it down, I don't want to have to come back here again. I probably should have closed my on him earlier, but he really seemed like he was enjoying his few minutes of pretending to be someone of importance, so I let him stand on his soap box for a bit. At a friend's house, cops were called on us for making too much noise, which we were making a lot of noise and they were very respectful. So please Bald Eagle, if you get any noise complaints just route them to the police and let them deal with all of us noisy readers who don't tiptoe around their apartment like ballerinas. They are much better trained at handling social interactions without the use of threats. read more

Absolutely awful service. Only contracted once and now know never again. The guard they sent me could barely do his job, hardly able to keep his eyes open. Had to ask him why they would send someone so obviously unable to do their job and he tells me that his shifts and hours are incredibly long and he's barely given enough time to rest between calls. Ended up just cancelling my event altogether because I could not afford to go to another service! Found out that ALL Five Star reviews are from their supervisors! I've been doing business with Bald Eagle for years. I've used them for patrols over a period of time and just a quick security need. They are always willing to help and provide the service I need then. The pricing is fair and the owner really cares about giving good service. Of course guards sometimes need corrected but the staff are there to take care of whatever you need. I will continue to use them. read more

We have had Bald Eagle Security for over a year now and couldn't be happier, being in Bankers Hill we have our occasional homeless person. I live in a gated apartment complex. I park in a legal tandem parking spot that is in my condo contract as one of about 8 parking spots where this is allowed. I have been parking there for the past 5 years. Last week my car was wrongfully towed by Western towing. In contact with HOA I was told it was a miscommunication between bald eagle security, my HOA and western towing. I was NEVER given any warning in the preceding days. I had to personally retrieve my car from impound that night after working a 13 hour shift. The next day my other car was STOLEN from the same parking spot and the original car that was impounded the night before was broken into. We have them on surveillance stealing the car and it was a male and female. I have tried calling Bald eagle security to see who authorized my car being towed away the night before, and have not responded back. IT IS NOT a coincidence that my car was STOLEN one day after my other car was impounded. If anyone is reading this and has any similar experiences, please contact me. Someone is corrupt. read more

We initiated service with them, in 2014, due to occasional trespassers during the day and evening. I have been consistently impressed by the dispatch staff, the security officers who handle difficult situations effectively and with sensitivity, the field supervisors and the owner - they all really know what they are doing. It's Saturday and it's a gorgeous day for a birthday party at Antigua in Eastlake where from the minute Mohamed started his shift as the pool security guard he has non stop harassed not only our party but the other two gatherings there too. Everyone is having a great time and we are all respectful of each others space but Mohamed is not happy...he asked if we had permission (yes we did), he asked if our cats were illegally parked (no but don't be a jerk by calling a towe truck) , do we have glass (no we have plastic cops), turn down the music (at the pool really?) - this is just a few of the baby attempts to approach us ... He has been nothing but a true pain in everyone's butt...people like him give a company a bad name - but what can you expect from the person that answered the phone at Bald Eagle and still could not handle the situation. Do not hire this company - they are like rent a cops with true attitudes and no intentions to keep the peace. I worked in property management for over 20 years and contracted with many security companies. Most I would NOT recommend! But I learned about Bald Eagle Security about 7 years ago (around 2007) and heard nothing but good reviews from other managers. This has been our company of choice since that time. Yes, there have been problems from time to time, however, a call or email to the company and we had either a solution or a new guard on our site. Tenants don't always like the guards, but what tenants have to remember is that the guards work for their company and their company works for the owners!! If the rules in your community are being enforced by the guards, they are doing their job whether you like it or not. If you don't like the rules, talk to the management or owners. read more

Worst ever. Bald Eagle provides guest parking monitoring at our townhouse development. Of the four times our car was "safe listed" by the homeowners acssociation to park in guest parking ( and verified by the HOA that Bald Eagle confirmed this) we received parking citations to tow. This time as we were preparing to move items to our other home, the safelisted car with a large piece of furniture was towed away. Imagine getting up early on Saturday to leave on an 8 hour drive to find your car missing, wondering if it was stolen. I called Bald Eagle and got only voicemail and no return calls for three days plus I had to track my automobile to a closed lot on the weekend and have them locate someone to release my car after paying almost $400. This put our entire trip behind 5 hours and for what, gross incompetance. I did not even get a decent phone call or apology, just a voicemail saying it was a "misunderstanding". You will be out of business soon. They have never been on top of their game, as I have had to call their "service" for other issues and they never seem to know whats going on. read more
