It's been three or four years since we had Joe come out and install our security system and I'm so happy with it. We live in a pretty safe neighborhood but at the time that I contacted Joe, my teenager had been trying to sneak people in to our home without permission. I am someone who puts a lot of weight on working with someone who is honest. We were solicited by several alarm companies after moving into a new home that was newly built. Joe was fantastic. Not only was he patient, knowledgeable, and available, he explains everything in a great deal of detail. Being the type of person who likes the knitty gritty, I appreciated this. He is not selling you a cookie cutter system and isn't looking to make money on the subscription. For the past 20 years, I've had my home alarm monitoring provided by 2 of the bigger alarm companies (you know who they are.... A.. and P..._) but recently switched to Scripps Ranch Security. The cost is so much more affordable and the customer service can't be beat. Joe tested all my equipment, set up the new burglary and fire monitoring and reduced my annual fee (all in under an hour). Yea! Can't beat that with a stick. (FYI, one of the "big companies that start with an A" failed to test my equipment for an entire year when I discovered that my phone signal was not properly being sent/received. That is an example of bad customer service.) SR Security will be doing regular tests of the alarm and signal. That is an example of GOOD customer service. Also, I explained that some family members have a hard time remembering the code, so he is going to install a device that allows them to arm and disarm with a remote control device.
