    I DO NOT RECOMMEND BALD HILL KIA I'm going to start off by saying I've purchased a 2020 bmw 2 series towards the end of October. Very love mileage, Immediately I started having issues with my right back tire. I came in they said it's " how foreign cars are " cleared " it and it came back on along with the break light this time. Come to find out my entire rotors and brakes needed to be completely replaced along with the sensor. They said we'll call you when all the parts come in we'll call you back to come get it fixed ( I needed the vehicle due to having children and multiple appointments) weeks go by and no call so I finally called and they said oh yes we have the parts just waiting on the sensor to come in. Cool, we set up a day I can come in by that day my engine light came on while at the service desk I go can you check the engine light to see why this is on. They call me back tell me car is all set one girl states your brakes and rotors are all set they didn't mention the engine light I go so whats going on with the engine she goes " oh there's a leak somewhere in the vehicle but we do not have a fog machine to be able to do the test to see where the leak is " I go then explain to her I do not want the car back I just purchased the vehicle I SHOULDNT be going through all these issues I told her while I have the rental send it over to BMW to get the fog test done. Then fix it. She goes okay let me talk to my manger I'll call you back within seconds the service manger is calling oh no your car is fine it was just the gas cap. Not even a few days later MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AGAIN ( because they cleared it to cover it up ) I took it to to get the code pulled and guess what ?! There's a leak somewhere in the car. So now Kia has lied to my face twice. And instead of taken accountability for selling me a car that one ( never got fully inspected and two for selling me a car that has multiple issues) the sales manger the short bald one decided to give me attitude and telling me " well isn't that whats a warranty is for " EXCUSE ME SIR? NOBODY WHO JUST BUY'S A CAR SHOULD BE IN AND OUT OF SERVICE GETTING FIXED. Oh and then the girl who commented back on my review " in her favor we took car of the deductible " it's almost like your TRYING to act like your doing me a favor for fixing a car that SHOULDN'T HAVE PROBLEMS A MONTH AND HALF AFTER PURCHASING !!!!!! I have the documentation. I have witness of my mom and my fiancé when I went into the dealership. This is unacceptable and absolutely uncalled for specially from a reputable dealership. I also want to mention is why sell foreign cars if you don't have the correct tools to begin with to fix the cars. Then turn it around and blame me for selling me a problem car. They will do anything to justify making it right. As of 12/18/2025 The owner BOB has finally reached out. When I tell you the disrespect that came from him is uncalled for. He states he cares and understands and that's why they are fixing it. UM NO SIR you aren't fixing it BMW is going to fix it. He also ADMITTED THAT WHOEVER WENT THROUGH THE VEHICLE BEFORE PUTTING AN INSPECTION STICKER ON IT DID NOT GO THROUGH THE VEHICLE that I have a deductible to cover the maintenance work. He then proceeded to switch his story how he would never let their company put a vehicle on a road like that. Well you did and they still aren't taking accountability. I also wanted to add that they have bribed me to take down my post off yelp, google, and Facebook review. ( I have proof ) And the end of the day nobody should ever have to purchase a vehicle off a dealership and immediately have none stop issues. And pretend like they are doing me a favor " fixing it " when they aren't doing anything I'm the one who has to switch my entire schedule, appointments, daycare/ school care, picking up and drop offs to get a car I just got fixed. It's beyond upsetting. PICTURES WILL BE POSTED. In the end BOB and everyone at KIA does not care about you all they care about is selling you a car and getting paid. Sincerely, BREANNA LATAILLE :)
