Everyone here is so nice, gentle, patient and caring for all their patients. I went to western dental and they gave me a list of things I needed to fix along with a big bill but when I came here and got my x rays they told me it was a fraction of the problems and gave me a lot of solutions to help me out with everything. I had to ask, "Yes, what?" She then said, "Yes to your question. That's why I'm calling to confirm your appointment for tomorrow." The way she responded made me feel uncomfortable and, honestly, like I was being made to feel stupid for simply asking a reasonable question. I wasn't being difficult--I just wanted to make sure everything was approved before coming in for my appointment. The receptionist is often the first point of contact and the first impression a patient has of an office. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with such a negative impression that I'm now questioning whether I want to continue going to this dental office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Patients should feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable asking questions about their appointments and insurance.

Dr. Humberto Ruiz was able to extract the remainder of the tooth (which wasn't much) completely with no issues at all. I had found him by chance but my whole Family comes here now and close friends that I referred. It was sad to see him retire but his Daughter, Dr. Leina Ruiz is as gentle and amazing as he is. So, as a Family we are truly blessed to have their talented staff available for us.
