My daughter, Jasmine, would frequently come home with extra rubber bands and other little items she needed, and we were never charged extra or surprised with unexpected fees or add-ons. My daughter just had her braces removed, and the results are fantastic! We had been a little worried about possible discoloration after treatment, but there was none at all. I needed crown work done on my tooth, they…read morecleaned the tooth and charged my insurance, trying to upsale me of a zirconian ceramic tooth that they like to add for crown work. Which they promised about 10 years. It's more than a year later now (July 2026), and the crown fell. Not only did the crown cap come off, there is significant decay underneath as a result of extremely poor built crown (fast and cheap). But they charged me $800 for the crown. There's only 2 reasons why decay would form #1. They didn't properly clean the original decay, #2 they didn't seal the crown it properly. Now, my crown came off 3 days ago. I have to get my tooth removed because of this botched work. They were very adamant on selling me the highest quality crown (zirconian ceramic) and charged my insurance all kinds of work done (which they didn't do). This place isn't a dentistry, it's a business that wants to upsale you and make the most money out of you. They really push bs charges so they can charge the insurance of a lot of things and make money. The dental work they do should be sued for. Please avoid this place at all costs

I did appreciate the amount of text reminders for my appointments. It was enough without being bombarding. Adjustments/alignments/final result: My adjustments were painless, quick and thorough. There were times where my teeth were sensitive during some procedures, but very doable. It helped to know that Dr. Y and her assistants gave full attention to body reactions or signals to stop what they are doing. I am pleased with the final result of my teeth alignment and will now be wearing my retainer as directed. Staff- Professional, warm, and knowledgable. Dolores and Sylvia were the two main ladies that would help book my appointments and chatted with me which started my dental visits of on a happy note. When I sat in my seat I was greeted by either Angie, Alan, or Allie who assisted the doctor.
