I have always been scared of going to the dentist after I had a bad experience where a dentist cracked my tooth many years ago. After needing immediate care one day, I found Dr. Nguyen and this dentistry and was amazed of how professional and gentle he was with the cleaning and procedures and finally felt comfortable going back to the dentist. Called in with a cracked molar late in the day and was able to be seen the next day. Everyone was super helpful and welcoming. Doctor was very laidback and considerate with my insurance (medical) and with my comfort and pain levels. As soon as I felt any discomfort I let him know and he accommodated me right away. Came here looking to inquire about wisdom tooth extraction. They do extractions once a month on a Saturday. in which another doctor comes in to perform them. I happened to call a few days before that Saturday the oral surgeon was going to come. Also, it so happened they had a cancellation in the schedule for the oral surgeon I was able to take the appointment last minute. For a wisdom tooth extraction, I needed to have an x-ray done and be evaluated by the dentist. For this, I was able to be seen the same day that I called. Again, they so happen to have a cancellation and fit me into their schedule. Following the x-ray and check up by the dentist, I finalized the pricing and scheduled the extraction. I had a very easy and successful wisdom tooth extraction. My overall experience with this dental practice made me enjoy going to the dentist vs dreading going. I love going to this dental office even though it is 25 miles from my house. Dr. Nguyen is awesome and so is his staff. His staff is professional, kind and sweet. The dental assistants have clean fingernails and wear clean scrubs. That's very important for obvious reasons. His office is spectacularly clean and I really like the coffee and tea bar. Dr. Nguyen is very attentive and gentle with my teeth :). I like how accommodating they are especially with my busy schedule. If you have an emergency they make it possible for you to be seen ASAP. I've been going here for over 3 yrs and I'm very happy with the patient care. The implant that I received 3 yrs ago is amazing and feels like my natural tooth. No more pain and no bleeding gum. I came here after experiencing pain in my left molar and Dr. Nguyen gave a very thoughtful recommendation of the treatment and thoroughly explained all the pros and cons of the treatment. After visiting another dentist for a second opinion, I decided to go through the procedure at Dr. Nguyen clinic because of how knowledgeable and caring he was. The procedure went well and I was given some prescriptions to help with the pain and recovery. All in all, I can't recommend the staff and the oral surgeon at the Los Angeles Dental Office enough. Dr Nguyen is the best dentist around!!! His staff is very friendly. It is incredibly easy to call to schedule and appointment. The office is even open on the saturdays and some evenings, which is very accommodating with work scheduling! Dr Nguyen was very thorough and patient in explaining to us what he was doing. He was great with my 2.5 year old daughter who had two questionable cavities. Dr Nguyen educated us on a newer fluoride product that can slow the growth of cavities. For my husband who is a chronic teeth grinder, he was able to get us a high quality night guard that he personally ensures the fit. Dr Nguyen's staff also kindly helped us look into insurance coverage. My husband thinks his new night guard is much better! I would never imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. I highly recommend Los Angeles Dental Office bc they have a caring and respectful staff willing to book an appointment last minute. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning, called and made an appointment that day, found out I needed a few things done and Dr. Fu was able to squeeze me in and completed everything that day! I saw that he had a few patients waiting for him but he wasn't rushing and felt that he did a great job with my teeth and treatment. I am getting an implant so there will be many more visits in the horizon. Many thanks to the dearest and best dentist I've ever met and am grateful for a wonderful staff. I went to Dr. Fu's office to get lumnieer done for my teeth. I was not happy with my teeth since they were very dark and the color was not even. I found that Dr. Fu cares a lot about his patient and explained the benefits and potiential risk I may have to clear my concerns. He is also very good at what he is doing and he did his best to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. After 3 visits, I got the whole procedure done. I am so happy with my new smile and got lots of compliments. The assitants in the office are very friendly and helpful. Also,the office is clean and nice. Dr. Fu is Awesome!! During this weekend I had major pain in one my wisdom teeth. I didn't have an appointment so I was there Monday morning hoping they could see me. They told me to come in and sign fill all the paperwork and I thought oh great I'm going to be here for ever but what a wonderful surprise for being a walk in I was seen promptly it was JUST 45 minutes from when I got there, staff is great. I had in the past many dentist visits and honestly I'm horrified to visit the dentist but thanks to Dr. Fu that has changed really I have no words to describe what a great experience this was. Dr. Fu is Awesome!! Was having major pain in one of molars and one of my wisdom teeth. Saw the great reviews and the dentist office location is so close to my home so I decided to give them a call to make an appointment. Called on a Thursday and my only available day to come in was Tuesday so made the appointment and just had to bare with the pain. Well Saturday morning came around and my pain had doubled told my husband to call the dentist and see if they could fit me in. They told me to come in and I rushed over. There was a couple people there waiting but for being a walk in I was seen promptly. Had to have a root canal done on my molar and put off the wisdom tooth for next time. It was my first time getting a root canal and Dr. Fu did an amazing job. I felt a little pain at first and Dr. fixed that right away after that the root canal was not bad at all. Their office closes at 3pm on Saturdays and Dr. Fu was still working on my teeth after hours, patiently and in no rush. Love this dentist office so far.
