Really like how efficient they are here - once checked in and seated, downtime is little and for routine teeth cleaning, Dr. Wu did everything with precision. Saw Dr Kao on 4/29/26 and 4/30/26 for fillings, he was friendly, had great stories and added a lot of humor during treatment. Yvette helped him on both days and they work well together. Yvette always made sure I was comfortable, offered me water and headphones to relax, very sweet and easy to talk to. The office now has cherry payments - like Klarna and affirm which is nice because you no longer have to pay a lump sum. Office is immaculately clean.

When my mother tried to calmly step in and keep things moving, Rosa interrupted with a hostile tone as if she felt threatened. This level of disrespect--especially toward elderly patients--is unacceptable. The front desk sets the tone for the entire visit, and unfortunately this interaction overshadowed everything else. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are properly trained in basic professionalism and customer service. Sad to see this is the sort of treatment a patient with Dementia gets.

Dr. Humberto Ruiz was able to extract the remainder of the tooth (which wasn't much) completely with no issues at all. I had found him by chance but my whole Family comes here now and close friends that I referred. It was sad to see him retire but his Daughter, Dr. Leina Ruiz is as gentle and amazing as he is. So, as a Family we are truly blessed to have their talented staff available for us.
