This company is very poorly managed. They are very difficult to get into contact with and do not…read morerespond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I basically had to harass my property manager for one dehumidifier for our serious mold issues and was then told by the property owner to use "elbow grease" to resolve it. After an insurance adjuster, a plumber, and a contractor visited the property, the contractor (right in front of me) ripped off a piece of the rotten subfloor and said he could push his fingers through the wood. There was no exterior wall insulation, letting in wind and the elements regularly. In the 18 months I lived at the rental, I saw maybe two employees. I even visited their Arden office and not a single employee was present. My property manager refused to refund me the money for the total days my door was unable to even shut fully following a break in, even after I sent in the police report. They raised my rent by $30 a month after I had already reported the mold issues. If you're a renter in Asheville or NC, stay far away from this company and go for a bigger property management group. I've never seen this amount of dysfunction from a renter in my life.

She also kicked out three trans women from a house in Asheville which is not a good look no matter the circumstance. Her only saving grace is that she gave us two months extra to find a new place as the market was horrible. Now is she part of the reason why the market was horrible? Cockroaches were everywhere even they do regular spray, finally we move out but never got our deposit back but they still charged us for carpet changing and wall repair with last notice, which was no damages happening during our stay.
