I am sitting here crying, and actually had to have a conversation with my therapist who I see on occasional basis for grief. I have gone to whoever runs one of the communities and I'm not gonna name names, but I've never felt heard. I feel like they just wanna hear the good things that are going on and not the problems that are going on.. i've gone to the manager once over a landlord and a rental property. Nothing against the rental people at all very sweet people, but I just wanted use of my own driveway and I understand some things are a simple matter but things got a little out of hand.
I put a for sale sign in my yard and I let this person know that I was putting my house up for sale which makes me sad because I really honestly love it here I adore my neighbors and honestly, we all have a great relationship on my street and even on the
And putting my house up for sale my realtor just mentioned because somebody had a air-conditioning unit outside and she just mentioned if that was in the HOA I looked and a book said that they were not allowed. She was just concerned because of people do drive-bys and seeing unit outside people would not want to buy a house. It's just personal preference and most people would like air units. So I notified the HOA and then I got a response back saying don't borrow trouble and explained that this person had an air-conditioning problem and that's why there was an air-conditioning unit temporarily there until it got fixed which is totally understandable. And this person who has the air-conditioning unit is a very lovely person.
But I was just told that when the HOA person asked about air-conditioning unit. She had explained that her unit outside had needed parts and she was just using it temporarily until her air-conditioning unit got fixed, but I could not believe that the HOA person would literally tell this person. Oh, it's just some neighbors that have nothing better to do and nosy neighbors. So this HOA manager really wants discord on the street. You couldn't respond back by saying there was just concerns on the street no big deal instead you throw a jabber to that were just nosy and causing trouble.. I really do not want my sell because I really do love the street I live on I love every single person on the street and I do a lot for people on my street and even when I put the for sale sign on my street My neighbors came and asked why and I had to tell them it was because of a Landlord next-door and I just feel like I'm not being hurt and you can't even come home and park in your own driveway. As a homeowner and then when you put your house up for sale and you just have a question and the manager tells the person oh it's just a nosy person who has nothing better to do. Really I guess voicing concerns and problems are not what is welcomed here. It's very sad. There's very much a good group of people living here long-term and I'm not gonna speak them, but it's sad.
Whether my house cells are not because of the economy, and the interest rates, I still will make the best of being here I will still be the best version of me to my neighbors and continue doing what I do. But I will never ever voice any concerns I don't care what is going on in the streets I don't care well I do care, but I am not gonna voice anything ever again. Just a very, very sad situation, but causing more problems in between homeowners by making statements of Nosy, neighbors, and not having anything better to do and also telling me personally don't borrow trouble I don't think that's good communication skills. read more
