The manager and office personnel went way out of their way to accommodate us when It was decided that home care was her best option. They worked quickly to accommodate us with a handy cap / wheelchair accessible apartment and were even willing to allow modifications to the apartment that were needed to tend to her complicated medical requirements. They even helped spreading the word about fundraisers. This is a great place to live. If you pay your rent on time and do not go out of your way to cause problems in the common areas then you will not regret living here. The other thing of note is the maintenance crew. An entire page of "required" fees that will jack your rent up 10 percent if not more. Trash removal, parking lot maintenance, internet, utility administration fee (very vague). These alone add $113 on top of your rent. There are "optional" things, but be ready to pay for them. I'm going to have to get a bank loan just to cover all these plus moving costs. And watch for "six weeks free". You have to give a cashier's check up front which basically is a month up front. It feels, to me, like a bait and switch. Be careful, guys.
