They are located at the corner building on the 3rd floor. I would recommend parking at Pershing Square as it isn't that far. The drive to downtown may be a pain, but trust me, it's worth it. It really pays off to go to the jeweler and look at all the options starting from the stone. Online research on diamonds can only take you so far. Initially I thought I wanted an emerald cut diamond with a halo band, but went with a round cut after seeing one up close. Ed and Tracy are very friendly and helpful with their recommendations and opinions. They don't try to upsell you things outside your budget and are just great to talk to. I did quite a bit of research and comparison shopping while looking for an engagement ring and I'd be surprised if you could find better prices elsewhere. In fact, after finding a beautiful 1.01 carat F/VS2 diamond at B&S and sharing Eddie's quote with a jeweler-friend, I was told "to buy as many as I can for that price." This place is amazing. BH and I came by here because another reviewer (from another place) recommended that people should come here, since the prices here were hard to beat. He was right. I came in here and saw the beautiful round halo that I've seen at other places, and asked for a price. The price tag said $1600, so when the lady that helped us that day (Tracy) told me the setting (around .69 carats of diamonds I believe in 14k gold) was $800. . .I stopped inspecting the ring, furrowed my brow, looked up, and proceeded to ask her to repeat the price. She reaffirmed that it was $800, but I didn't believe her, because I asked her again. WOW. Another design had greater carat weight (around .75, also 14k gold) but had lesser number of diamonds, but each individual diamond was bigger than the $800 setting. On this one, the side of the ring there were about three largeish diamonds that were in the most intricate, beautiful setting I've seen that looked like vines in "u" shapes, reminiscent of tulips, cupping them. I had never seen anything like it, and when Tracy told me that the price was $1375, I was astonished. Ed is going to call us in a few days for GIA certified round brilliant center diamonds. If the warranty for this place is right (aka if it's as good as IOTR) then my search is over. Otherwise, BH and I think it's worth it to pay a little extra for my e-ring if it means a better warranty at IOTR. But other than that, I would DEFINITELY come here for my future jewelry purchases!
