Initial watch repair mailed and received by Time Tec 12/1/25. Quote of $545 given the following day, 12/2/25 for overhaul, refinish, gasket, water resistance maintenance and estimate of 2-3 weeks turnaround time. Watch came back after almost 2 months on 1/30/26 with case tool markings and scratches. E/mailed Kevork upset, he responded immediately and apologized for returning the watch with these flaws unnoticed. To his credit, Kevork responds almost immediately to e-mails and is excellent with timely communication. He e-mailed a pre-paid return packing slip, apologized for sending back my watch in such condition, and promised to work on it so it comes back as good as new. Watch was received the second time by Time Tec on 2/5/26. It came back today, 3/9/26 after a little over a month turn around time. Kevork delivered as he promised, the pictures speak for themselves. I would rather he did it right the first time, but I'm really grateful my experience with Kevork and Time Tec ended on a positive note. The Omega had a big piece of lume scratched off on the minute hand. The Rolex had some glue left on the dial, in the center area . The watch maker is not able to install parts like crystal, hands were pre fited. He claimed they are not original. Even though I have been using the brands for years. Bought my Rolex date just in 2006, took my Rolex for 1st service in 2011 to four crowns in downtown, that service lasted 9 years till I needed service again. 2nd service 2020 I went to time tec, it lasted 3 1/2 years as I started having issues. I called time tec thinking it was a mainspring to c if they can replace it, the guy that answered d phone said they just don't do mainspring replacement I would need full service, I was told in a very curt manner which was off putting! 2023 went back to four crowns to c what was wrong, they opened d watch and there was a fallen screw floating around in d case, I had them do a full service and take care of d problem! I only wear d watch once a week and no sign of neglect or anything so that excuse is out. Poor service job by time tec would be my conclusion! read more

As a watch enthusiast, I've gone through my fair share of watch repair places in downtown. My search stopped as soon as I visited Time-Tec. Norma at the front desk is very kind and helpful. I had my Nomos Tangente serviced (it was an early model with the Pesuex movement), and the entire process was seamless and timely. The correspondence was professional, and the communication (key) was there. I was able to call in to find out the status of my watch repair, and when I received my watch back, so far it's been running smoothly! If you have a mechanical that needs servicing, I can't recommend Time-Tec enough. They're an authorized service center for a number of Swiss and Japanese brands, which means they have access to OEM parts that are required for the service.
